I had an unfortunate experience with an oil change place in Hagerstown and found myself quite a few miles from home with no oil. They diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it. All they charged me for was the oil they put in my car even after they degreased the under side and back of my car. Thank you all again. You guys are the best!

They will tell you what needs to be done and what they will charge to do it up front. Once, we were having an issue with a car not being able to register it was in park. They could have billed hours or told me 7 parts they needed to fix, but they came back and said "it was a loose bolt on the transmission, we tightened it." They didn't charge a dime. They have handled many different types of repair jobs, the work has been great, fast, and reasonable.
