I was able to book an appointment quickly. Kelly my service advisor kept me updated on the progress of my repair. Great customer service! I really appreciate Century Ford having an awesome service department.

I had the 20,000 mile check up on my car plus I had a recall notice. The dealership scheduled me for an 8:30 AM appointment so they could get all the work done in one day. The staff was very helpful and kept me informed of what was going on with my car as the day progressed. I am very pleased. With Century Ford of Mount Airy.

I spoke to a service manager to see if they would install a leveling kit on my new F-150. The Serv. Mgr. advised they would, it would be 4 hours labor (two hours per side) plus a front end alignment. That was very reasonable as the manufacture stated the kit required 3-3 1/2 hours to install. I also apreciated the Serv. Mgr speaking to me about this ahead of time,and told him I am looking for a new shop I can trust my truck to. I ordered the kit and when it was delivered called up and made an appt. and even added an unneccesary oil change to the work request. Dropped the truck off the day before and mid day the day of the installation I received a telephone call from an advisor that not only had they not yet turned a bolt, but they would need to keep the truck "for several days" due to the amount of time necessary to complete the install. Specifically, it would be 6 1/2 hours for the front end alone and another 1 1/2 - 2 hours for the rear shocks. The kit was an EIbach coilover kit engineered and pre-set specifically for my F-150 model, bolt on, no adjustments necessary. I explained my previous conversation with the Serv. Mgr but would told they could not performed the work in the agreed amount of time and it would now take an entire day or two to complete. So the dealer now changed from 4 hours of labor to an 8 hour charge for a 3 hour installation. I cancelled the work, drove up to the dealer and picked up my truck. There was no apology when I arrived, and I even asked if the Serv. Mgr. had been told I was cancelling the work and was told he had been. There was no request for him to speak with me, nor have I heard from the dealer since except automated text messages asking me to review my experience. (Salt in the wound?) I'm having the work performed elsewhere and as a result of my FIRST experience with this dealer will not be returning. My search for a shop I can trust continues.

I don’t leave reviews but I felt it necessary to for this place. I’ve never felt so frustrated dealing with a service center. I brought my truck here for a rattling issue and a check engine light several weeks ago — spent over $1k replacing spark plugs and coils, only for the problem to stay exactly the same but the check engine light is off now at least. Weeks later, I find out from Costco that my wheel is cracked. When I called Ford, they promised to handle it as well as recheck for the rattling issue and scheduled me for the services, but days went by with zero progress, confusing updates, and no communication.
I had to call every day just to get basic answers. They told me to wait for a part they don’t even carry, didn't provide a loaner while I was paying for Ubers, and managed to make even simple requests like putting on a spare tire into a complete ordeal.
The tech found the wheel hub needed to be fixed as well - another $1k+ fix - and that it would fix the rattling. By the time everything was “done,” my truck is still rattling, I’m out over $500 in diagnostic fees and several hundred in Uber transactions. A request to have my vehicle dropped off at my house, which is a service they offer, was also not provided due to too much traffic, at 3pm...
This place wasted days of my time, gave me nothing but excuses, and couldn’t even properly service their own brand. I’m beyond disappointed—never bringing my vehicle here again.
