This was my first maintenance service after buying my car and I was disappointed. I recently bought a 2025 RAV4 and got the VIP service package. I made an appointment first thing in the morning and still waited over 3 hours for a normal 5k maintenance service. I was told after 1.5 hours that they recommended replacing a tire, which I had them do. Then an hour later I asked for an update and was told they put the tire on backwards and they had to flip it around. This took another 30 plus minutes. For having the VIP service and it being just a simple maintenance appointment this was crazy.

I came to sell my car or a possible trade in. Was supposed to meet a sale guy named Moe to complete my online offer which was decent. I was taken by a different guy who met me at the door and said he can take carw of me, everyone is the same here. Took mw to a room and went and cameback after 5 min said he called Moe and he doesnt answer his phone which i thought it started all going weird. Then the guy took my key and went and asked me to wait. I waited 20 min and then he cameback and said another person will come with an appraisal offer and i was wondering then what happened with the online offer which no one even discussed it with me. Another person named Antonio came and said " Hi. I see you took your car to Carmax and i dont wanna go below their offer so im gonna match it." Then an awkward moment of silence when i said i did my offer on your website and put exactly all features of my car and condition and got a better offer then he answered i got the report and i will print it for you. I said ok. He went and cameback with a paper saying i have 0 key -$600 which is wrong cause i got 2 keys for my car and also report said it is without moonroof, without power seats without AWD and a $0 dollar next to it, which is not true it has all of these plus navigation. And also a scuff in my rear door which i dont have. $0 for brand new tires ( i will upload a photo of his report) It was all unprofessional, eapecially his answers about keys, he kept answering anyways this is the final offer. Without explanations. I left and guess who i met then ? The guy Moe who i was supppsed to meet and have an appointment with. He was trying to help me out when the manager of Antonio called him up to distract him from me. Moe said "I will be back, give me one minute", after seeing that manager talked to him, he disappeared with no comeback. I waited 10 min and left disappointed and sad and feeling very disrespected at this Sheehy Toyota location.

Terrible post sale support. I purchased a hard to find pre-owned Tundra from Sheehy Toyota of Laurel in September. The purchasing experience was as you would expect and not noticeably different than any other vehicle purchase. My experience after signing the paperwork and submitting payment was horrible. I was told that I was not able to take my vehicle home because some repairs needed to be done and that they would deliver it to me. It took over two weeks to get my vehicle with no updates on status from Toyota. I also learned that Toyota did not have the title to my vehicle when they sold it to me as they transferred it within their dealer network (to which the other dealer did not have the title either). It took exactly two months to receive my title and Sheehy would not renew my expired temporary tags. Three months later, I brought my vehicle in for routine service at another dealer that recommended that I have maintenance items done that I was told were completed before original delivery. I followed up with Sheehy service where they expressed condolences and were going to offer "a generous discount on the work as it should have been done before it ever left." The quote I received the next day was the full price explicitly stating no discount would be provided. Upon following up, the service advisor changed their tune and cited laws that were not applicable to the work in question. I should also add that the dealer has no record and could not provide of any form of pre or post sale inspection. For reference, the work in question was replacement brake pads for $900 ($100 in parts and $800 in labor). I would strongly advice staying away from Sheehy due to lack of post sale support and would not consider buying or servicing a vehicle there.

The detailing service was top-notch. But I have a request that has lasted over 2 months regarding my car’s WiFi but none of the staff has made out time to do a deep dive on the situation. I have been back and forth with ATT but in the tail end, ATT said the dealership has to look into it. Even Davon, who told me that he will have someone look at it, there was no attempt nor feedback regarding the matter. I give a 1 star because of the nonchalance towards my valued issue: no attempt to the situation, no feedback regarding it, failed promises towards the situation, those are my reasons for giving 1 star. Additionally, I was told I could remote start my car from my phone. I don’t even see the remote feature on the app. This I mentioned to Devon as well, but there was no attempt to see why/how to go about it. Hope someone will give me a listening ear.

Excellent and courteous service overall. I really appreciated the technician’s inspection video explaining what they observed on the vehicle — that level of transparency is helpful and builds confidence. There were a few suggested services that appeared later through the service advisor but weren’t clearly explained in the video or by the technician. It would be even better if those recommendations were included in the video, along with context on whether they are necessary, preventive, or optional. That kind of clarity would go a long way in building trust. Pricing can also be a bit inconsistent depending on the service advisor. Once you find a representative who is transparent and provides fair, well-explained estimates, it’s worth sticking with them, as some recommendations may feel more upsell-oriented than needed. Overall, still a positive experience, and with a bit more consistency and clearer explanations, this service department could be excellent.
