  Bought my first car. Amazing experience!!!! Special shout out to my salesman Harry for hooking me up with a 2026 tundra. Was second guessing for a while, but with the help of my family and Harry, I figured out what I needed to buy. Also a huge shout to Gessin, for the dealing and pricing. This dealership makes me feel like they treating me like family and they just overall are the best and have top notch customer service!!!!!!!!! Also thanks to Mr. Youssef Mhenni for making his whole experience fun and for making my family laugh throughout the whole process. Thanks again and 100/10 dealership!!!

  We cannot recommend Sam Michael at Sheehy Toyota of Laurel enough. Sam was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and refreshingly honest. He never played any of the typical salesperson games and genuinely focused on helping us find the perfect car for our family while making sure we got the best possible deal. Although we did not end up purchasing a vehicle here due to unrelated circumstances, our experience with Sam was outstanding. We will absolutely return to Sheehy Toyota in the future specifically to work with him. Highly recommend!

  Purchasing a car from Sheehy has been a frustrating experience and the only reason they got my business was because they had the exact car that I wanted to buy. 6 months in, I would never do it again. We walked in and test drove the car which was pretty straightforward and easy. The person we had made an appointment with to see the car wasn’t around when we arrived for our appointment and we waited for over half an hour before we even got to test drive. After the test drive we said we wanted to buy the car but just asked for one small repair to a seal in the trunk. The sales person agreed and we proceeded with buying the car we came with our own financing. The sales person asked if we could run the numbers to provide financing, we agreed but after four hours of no answer we said we were leaving unless they proceeded with our lender. In the meantime, the service manager talked us down from replacing a broken seal because it was too hard same day. We had to come back multiple days later and now six months in we get at least 4 calls per week l from extended car warranty providers trying to sell us vehicle warranties because they sold our information. They sold us their VIP service promising car washes with every service but the car wash at our local branch is always “broken.” I would never buy from Sheehy again.

  Well, sales guy was great! Everything was great until I found out that several things were over looked on my 4Runner. First, the compartment filter was ridiculous disgusting, it wasn’t ever change during the “inspection” or if ever. My husband ordered a new filter from Amazon. Second, was how my Bluetooth to actually make or receive phone calls was completely unusable. Which Bryan was great and took cake if that. Last, as of right now, my brand new driver noticed how the light was out for the gearshift. Which is a huge hazard for my new driver. I will be calling today to speak with Bryan in the used car sales repair department. To be very honest, I am afraid to see what is going to be next. But I do love my 4 Runner, just wish I could really enjoy it without worrying what I am going to find next. Here are pictures of my unreplaced filter and the no lights at night on the gear shirt. The only reason I am irritated is we also bought a car 3 weeks earlier from a different car dealership and there has been NO problem and I feel very confident the the condition of the car from them. I am very skeptical about the dealership policies on “inspection” of a used car at Sheehy in Laurel.

  If I could give a zero star I will, don’t purchase anything from this dealership, this place has terrible customer service. They’re all nice and all when you’re planning to buy your car but once you get your car it’s like they don’t even know you. I had to call them multiple times because they never shipped my license plate, mind you they called me to inform that my place came in and i should call back and confirm if I wanted delivered or to be picked up, I called back and someone said they’re gonna make a note and make sure that they will send it my address ( I live an hour away and the traffic in 270 is always bad and I have a really hectic schedule) 3 weeks later and my temporary plate was about to expire and I still haven’t gotten it and they also never call me back so naturally I called. I called twice and keep on getting transferred and then sent to voicemail then I called the 3rd time and finally just decided to talk to the person already, I told her what’s up and told her that it’s urgent cause I only have days left before my plate expires, I told her what happened and she said that she never got the note (apparently she’s the one who’s supposed to send me my plate) so I said that she could’ve called me back at least to confirm and she said that it wasn’t her fault…( didn’t apologize, didn’t take responsibility and didn’t do any solutions) I was taken aback the way she said it wasn’t her fault nor responsibility to do all that thing and I was just confused and just wanted my plate to be delivered. When she finally got into her senses she asked me if I still want my plate( still baffled and confused btw) I said yes and gave her my address and I didn’t even finished giving her my full address when she hang up. 30 minutes later some dude called me and wants to confirm again if I still want my plate (confused why they keep on asking me if I still want my LICENSE PLATE) and if the address is correct and that they’re gonna expedite right away and I should get it by the next day. Next day arrive no license plate and thought I was tripping balls because it said it was delivered, turns out they put the wrong address and literally had to play detective to find where they delivered my thing. Now Im back in this place cause a family member bought a car here too a week after I got my car. The car key that they give him was broken and the floor mats that supposedly came with the car when he got the car was never in the car and now have to wait 2 and half hours so they can find someone to program the car key, ( on a Wednesday at 5 in the afternoon driving North at 270) mind you we made an appointment and was told that it should only take an hour. So do yourself a favor and go somewhere else instead.
