When I retrieved my car today, I pointed out to them that my mats hadn't been cleaned and I was told they do not do that for my membership level. All of a sudden??? When I asked the cashier about this she agreed that the manager doesn't allow it and also stated that that would be an extra $5. No thanks! They have lost a long time member and are short sighted. She quickly canceled my membership without batting an eye. Lol. Maybe the manager should check out all of these horrible reviews.

My car is not clean at all they barely did anything, not even dry my car off. After going though car wash the man driving my car through almost hit me with my own car and said nothing. Also no seating and they don’t take apple pay. Go here if you are having a bad day and want to make it worse
