Avoid this business at all costs !! I took my brand new 2025 Lucid to them and had a horrible service experience. Initially I was quoted 2 days for the work to be completed. It turned out to be a full 9 days before I received the vehicle back.
Upon inspection, I noted a few areas that appeared to be flawed with bubbles/ lines, etc. I was assured that this was a normal part of the curing process, and to allow a week or two for the film to adjust. About two days later, I noticed that the film was completely lifting off of the trunk of my vehicle. I was told that the tech didn't cut the piece long enough. I gave them back the vehicle for a second application of the PPF to the trunk area. They took another 4 days to have the film reapplied. Again, I received the vehicle back with imperfections that I was assured would adjust in the curing phase. On my follow up appointment, after the curing phase, an area on my trunk had not adjusted as I was advised it would and required yet another (3rd) application of the PPF. I took the vehicle back a third time, at which point they were also to apply the windshield protection film to the vehicle. I was promised a day, it took an additional two. On the day I was supposed to receive the vehicle back, I received a call advising me that during the 3rd application to the trunk they had lifted the paint off of my vehicle (they are not a body shop). Therefore the vehicle had to be towed to a body shop for painting. That took about 5-6 weeks. Once I received the vehicle from the body shop I was able to fully inspect the windshield film that was applied to the vehicle. Upon inspection I noticed the very same imperfections (bubbles, lines, etc) on the windshield. Some of these are in the actual field of vision for the driver and obscure the view. So now, this is another thing I will have to have redone. Overall, it just seems like really sloppy work. They claim to have 20+ years experience in the business, but I did not receive a level of service that reflected that at all.

Grateful to have found Courtney & Kai. They walked me through the process of tinting my car and my wife's car and removing and reinstalling tint on my son's car. Service and quality was so good that I came back for PPF and ceramic coating on my new Tesla. And, I'm sure I'll be back again! Appreciate you guyz!

This is my third time coming here, and every single time, they’ve done an outstanding job! I honestly wish I had taken before and after pictures just to show how much of a difference they make—it’s like getting a brand new car each time. Please forgive me for forgetting his name, but the man with the dreads is the one who always gets me right. His attention to detail is unmatched. I’ve already saved their contact and address in my phone because I won’t be going anywhere else for interior detailing. Highly recommend!

Amazing turn around time without sacrificing attention to detail. Was in the middle of selling a Tesla and they were able to get it ready for MD inspection in just a few hours AND the buyers ended up coming back to get more work done to the Tesla.
Definitely found a new spot for all my car services
What is the difference between carbon and ceramic film?
Carbon film incorporates carbon particles to block ultraviolet rays and minimize heat. It's more resilient than dyed film and maintains its color over time. Ceramic film, however, provides enhanced heat rejection, UV protection, and clarity. Being non-metallic, it doesn't interfere with electronic signals and offers superior longevity and overall performance.
What is the difference between ceramic coating and PPF?
Ceramic coating is a liquid polymer that bonds with your vehicle's paint, creating a glossy, water-repellent surface that resists dirt and enhances shine. PPF, or Clear Bra, is a thick, transparent urethane film that physically shields against rock chips, scratches, and road debris. While PPF offers stronger impact protection, ceramic coating focuses on chemical resistance and aesthetic enhancement.
What warranties do you offer?
We provide comprehensive warranties for our services. Our window tinting comes with a lifetime warranty against bubbling, peeling, and fading. Paint Protection Film (PPF) warranties range from 3 to 8 years, depending on the film type and coverage area. For vinyl wraps, we offer a standard 3-year warranty covering material defects and installation quality.
Do I need an appointment?
We strongly recommend scheduling an appointment to ensure we can accommodate your service needs promptly and efficiently.
What's the difference between Hand Wash & Wax and Full Detailing?
Hand Wash & Wax is a service that concentrates solely on the exterior of your vehicle. Full Detailing, on the other hand, is a comprehensive service that addresses both the interior and exterior of your vehicle.
What is a Clear Bra?
A Clear Bra is a protective, transparent film applied to your vehicle's painted surfaces. It serves as a shield against chips, scratches, and damage from road debris.
Can I wrap just part of my car?
Certainly. We offer partial wrap services that can be applied to specific areas of your vehicle, such as the hood, roof, or other custom sections according to your preference.
Do you offer rim detailing or customization?
Yes, we provide rim detailing services which include cleaning, polishing, and protecting your rims. We can also assist with custom finishes for your rims upon request.
How long does a typical detailing service take?
The duration of our detailing services varies depending on the specific service. A hand wash and wax typically takes between 1 to 2 hours, while a full detailing service can require 4 to 6 hours to complete.
