- KWKatlyn WarrenDec 5, 20181.0I personally do not use Conowingo Gas & I never will. We bought a house on November 19, 2018. The previous owner said that we could use what was left in the bottle and then call Conowingo to come get their bottle since we have our own bottle. So when we went to Conowingo Gas to see how this all would work out the lady said that she has to reimburse the previous owner; which giving us the option to put x amount of money down to use their bottle which i didn't want to do that because I have my own bottle. The lady in the office was very rude and sent out Conowingo Gas to my house the same day to remove their bottle. Not asking when I was planning on setting my bottle up. They just came in removed it so for 1 entire day from November 19th around 3pm til November 20th at 5:30 pm when we could get our bottle set and filled. We had absolutely no heat! or way to cook any food ! With 2 small children in the household ages 4 and 6 I was highly upset. I surely hope for the future of their business they consider asking a couple questions before just scheduling a bottle pickup! As far as prices they are not the cheapest around either!
