  I stopped by NTB on 11/22 and the service was truly outstanding. Kiah — the only female working there — deserves a special shoutout. She is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and made the entire process smooth. You can tell she really knows her stuff. Richard, the manager, took great care of me as well. He explained everything clearly and gave me unbeatable prices. I genuinely appreciated his honesty and effort to make sure I got the best deal. And Mike was extremely helpful from start to finish — attentive, patient, and quick to assist with anything I needed. Overall, the whole team made my visit easy and stress-free. Excellent customer service all around! Would definitely recommend this NTB location. Thank you all again

  I had a really smooth and pleasant experience at NTB thanks to Kiah and Mike. Both were friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout my visit. They took the time to explain what was needed, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable with the entire process. It’s rare to find customer service that feels both professional and personal, but they managed to provide exactly that. I really appreciate the care and patience they showed — it made my visit easy and stress-free. Would definitely recommend stopping by and asking for Kiah and Mike if you want great services

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ FIVE-STAR, STAND-OVATION REVIEW FOR NTB! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Let me tell you something: NTB did NOT have to go this hard… but they did. And the stars of the entire show? Kiah and Mike. When I say their customer service is elite, I mean Olympic-level, world-record-breaking, Beyoncé-on-tour level EXCELLENCE. From the moment I walked in, Kiah greeted me like I wasn’t just a customer — no, no — like I was a VIP guest arriving at an exclusive, velvet-roped event. The energy? Immaculate. The professionalism? OUT OF THIS WORLD. The kindness? Honestly, they need to bottle it and sell it. And then there’s MIKE. A legend. A scholar. A tire expert with the patience of a saint and the knowledge of a seasoned NASA engineer. He broke everything down for me so clearly that I felt like I was getting a masterclass in car care. And he did it all with a smile like he actually enjoyed helping — which, let’s be real, is rare these days. Together, Kiah and Mike delivered the kind of customer service that makes you want to come back even if your car doesn’t need anything. Like… I was ready to buy tires I didn’t even need just to experience that level of service again. If you’re thinking of going anywhere else? Don’t.   Horrible customer service. There was 3 associates behind the desk and no customers inside and no one greeted me. I had to stand infront of the desk for two minutes for someone to even acknowledge me. I told Kaya I simply wanted to get the pressure in my tires checked and she said it would take 2-3 hours. I understand if they were busy with other vehicles but what was unacceptable was Kaya’s attitude when I asked her what availability they had for the next day. She neglected to check the calendar and proceeded to saying “I don’t know whenever you bring it, we open at 8am. I asked her if I could make an appointment and she said “you dont need one the sooner the better and we’ll get to it then”. Mike her coworker addressed her saying there was actually nothing on the schedule for the next day so she could schedule me for anytime. I walked away discouraged at the unprofessional customer service from Kaya that I did not want to continue asking about availability or going through scheduling an appointment with this location.

  I will not return and do not recommend going here. I'll lead be saying the associates were friendly and up front with how long it would take. Because of them I gave two starts, but my disliking is with the approach NTB takes. I scheduled a 9am appointment on a Sat for 4 new tires- $1000. I arrived at 8:50 to a driveway that's blocked off and have to park next door and walk to ask about the lot being closed, which had 6 to 8 bays, all full. I imagine one of those should have been waiting for my car at 9am. I had my wife and two year old. We were going to walk around because it normally takes 45 minutes to one hour for new tires. I mentioned to them we would be walking around. They very kindly replied it could take 2 to 4 hours to replace. What?!?! While they gave me a refund, I do not appreciate the lack of consideration for people's time. 4 hours for tires, or anything above 1.5 is ridiculous. I went to another place up the road in Kensington that is very highly reviewed, which had the same tire, at the same price and did it in 45 minutes. I also did not appreciate that the first question asked was if I wanted an alignment too- cold upscale to in my opinion gauge if customers know repairs. My car drives perfectly straight and four new shoes won't change that. They also asked if I wanted to buy warranty on the tires. I would have appreciated more if they told me that my tires come with warranty and not try to sell me a separate warranty. All sleezy tactics of a commercial chain. Again, the people here are wonderful. The two stars are for them. There is a big difference from a national chain conglomerate (NTB) vs a family owned, non commission establishment up the street. The approach this chain instills from appointment timing to update tactics makes me want to run and you should too.
