  I don't usually leave reviews but the level of professionalism here was worth noting. From the moment I walked in, the service was smooth and efficient — no unnecessary wait, no runaround. Niqul was outstanding. Answered all my questions clearly, walked me through everything, and made sure I felt taken care of the whole time. If you need tire service, this is the spot. Highly recommend asking for Niqul specifically.

  Terrible service, I’m never coming back! I made a noon appointment and my car wasn’t attended to until late afternoon (I had to pay for parking in the meantime because the shop’s lot was full). Got a call at 4:30 that the service cannot be performed (something done there 3 times previously). After arguing with the manager, they finally finished replacing my tires at 6:00 pm. 20 miles into my drive, the tire pressure was off on 3 tires out of 4. In addition, they never checked me in and I got a “missed appointment” notice from their system. Never setting foot there again!

  I came to have 3 tpms installed and programmed. When I dropped off the car, a tech inspected the parts and said no problem. I get a call that my car is ready for pickup, but they couldn’t program the sensors. So now they have been installed, don’t function, and I have to go elsewhere to get them programmed. When I go to pick up the car, I am handed back one of the sensors I brought for replacement. The tech says they checked the battery and only 2 needed replacement. Well, the third one failed on my drive home so I think it is more likely the tech didn’t want to finish the job before he went home.

  I came in without an appointment desperately hoping I could get help with my SUV with a 5 hour drive ahead of me. There was a loose plastic flap that was hanging down and scraping the road under my car. The place was packed but the guy helping me took one look at it, said he could quickly patch it up and pulled my car into the garage. It was fixed within 10 minutes at no charge! They advised me to take my car to the mechanic when I get home and told me what the problem was, but guaranteed I was good to drive home with the patch work. I appreciated the kindness and consideration I was shown!! Would highly recommend this place!

  I was halfway through a three hour road trip when my back tire fell apart. Luckily, it happened near this NTB. I was there in the middle of a busy Saturday and they were able to get me in and out quickly, keeping me informed on what was happening along the way. As I sat and waited, I witnessed them treat others with the same kindness and respect, taking time when needed for explanations and to answer questions. I really wish that I lived closer because this NTB would be my new go to for all my vehicles. Thank you gentlemen!
