- ACAlicia ChristySep 28, 20251.0This garage is the WORST!!! There is no signage indicating the closing times. There is no phone number to call for problems. The site is equally not helpful. I returned to the garage around 8:30 p.m. on a Friday. The garage doors were closed. No contact information visible anywhere. Another customer was also unable to access their car. A guard from an adjacent building got us access and we were able to rescue the car. I will definitely be requesting a refund, since I was charged for the time I spent trying to get access to my car.
