    I dropped my car off for oil change recall inspections. Then the Coutesy Shuttle took me home and picked me up when my car repairs were completed. Everyone who I contacted was very polite, professional, and enjoyable. My experience with Plaza Ford was 5 star!!!

    They lost my Marine Corps Key holder… and had an Oh well attitude. They told me twice my truck was going to be in and out the same day but that was a lie. They never ordered the part and they were the ones who made the appointment for me to com in and get a recalled part replaced. SMH

    1 star is more than they deserve! I had a roadside breakdown basically in front of the dealership on a Sunday night. Heater hose plastic fitting cracked ~50miles from home. Pulled in Plaza Ford and dropped truck off. Next day was charged a $179 “diagnostic fee” to tell me what I told them to fix and almost a $1k repair bill for a $200 hose assembly, 1 gal of coolant for a job that pays 1.2hrs. I understand a business making money, and would have paid a reasonable repair bill, but this was price gouging! I had to pay $179 to take my truck from Plaza for their “expert” diagnosis and had a friend tow it home where the repair was done quickly using a Ford part purchased from a more reputable dealer near me. Plaza Ford deserves ZERO STARS!
