  I’ve been having my F-150 and my wife’s Edge serviced here now for six years after moving to Fallston. Chris and Katelyn both get me in and out quickly while waiting for the vehicle to be serviced. I also got great deals on tires for both vehicles earlier in the fall. Great customer service.

  I have been in HARCO for my entire short 53 years on the earth and since I was 18 yrs. old; I have purchased ALL Fords. I know another FORD guy. Yea, maybe. But why always Plaza Ford? It's not buying the vehicle, is the after purchase support that makes a lifetime dealer and not a here now, gone tomorrow dealership. I have always judged car dealership by their service department. Cars break, wear down. But when you can take your vehicle in for service and you get truly honest advice, excellent mechanics and service managers that back what they say 1000%; that is what customers want. Not fancy carwashes and oil-changes. Customers want real service when they have real vehicle problems. My previous service manager was Mr. Rick for years and years, up until his well-earned retirement. Now it is Mr. Charles. The commonality? Honest advice that the customer can understand, coupled with a simple motto: Honest work for an Honest fair price, done right the 1st time. Charles has some big shoes to fill, but I have put some serious repairs in his hands recently. Each time, Charles never fails me. Again, that is the reason I have purchased now 8 family vehicles at only 1 place. Happy New Year!!!!

  The salesman Matt Soltis and manager Hugh Hanley were nothing but amazing. Never felt pressure to buy and only felt like they were treating me like family. Best car dealership experience I’ve ever had

  Service manager called with estimated price on the repairs ordered parts that were not in stock. Once they received the parts they installed and informed me that the truck was completed. We’ve picked the truck up. Had not had a chance to test drive very much it yet but so far seems OK.
