  They were quick with work and very nice. Except my steering wheel got scratched pretty bad while in the shop and I was not informed.

  Great customer Service, knowledgeable , they always take care of my pickup truck. Today was super fast and efficient, they handled the oil change, checked all the fluids, and got my tires aligned and balanced without wasting any time. They also swapped out my rear taillights. Quick and trustworthy service. I always come back here.

  I’ve been taking my cars to Point S (formerly United Auto) for years, but I have to be honest: it really went down hill when Charlie stepped away for a while. The good news is that Charlie’s back and this place will stand head and shoulders above the rest. Charlie brings honesty and integrity to automotive repair in a world, which can be rare. I stopped in yesterday with a slow leak in my tire, fully expecting to pay for a plug. Charlie and the team at Point S inspected it, fixed it perfectly. When I reached for my wallet Charlie just smiled and said, “First tire plug is free of charge, no strings attached.” Who does that anymore? The work is always spot-on, the pricing is fair, and with Charlie back, the trust is too. Point S is a place you can feel confident to send your wife, your kids, or your elderly parents without a second thought. Welcome back, Charlie. You were missed. Obviously, I highly recommend Point S.

  My first time using Bay Area Point S in Bel Air, MD was a pleasant experience. I had to go out of town and needed my tire repaired quickly. Mr. Charlie Cooper and his team were very professional, kind and caring. They took time to share their process to check and repair my tire and all I had to do was hand over my key. Once completed, they explained what they discovered and how it was repaired. They even checked my oil level and other tire pressures. When I asked about what I owe for the service, Mr. Cooper gave me my key and a Big smile and simply said Thank You. Again I asked about the payment and Mr. Cooper explained their business policy for first time customers. I left feeling really good about my experience at Bay Area Point S especially in the times that we live in now.
