- MPMichelle PychaAug 27, 20181.0This garage is difficult to access as a pedestrian returning to your vehicle. When you come up the stairs there is a door and a sign to the side that warns of traffic. However, it does NOT warn you that an inch or two after opening the door there is a several inch drop. This caused me to fall two weeks ago and caused injury to my foot/ankle. There isn't an attendant in the garage so I couldn't report my injury. I navigated the SP main website and hit "contact us" to report the injury. A few days later I got a response saying they'd forward it to the local manager. 10 days later I still haven't received a response. Be careful when returning to your car.
