- NNNinsuSep 8, 20241.0I've been parking here since 8/2023 due to wanting a space to park as I need a safe space to leave my car for long lengths. Safety hasn't been an issue personally for me, HOWEVER whoever manages the subscriptions or violations is the most incompetent person I have ever seen. I pay $140 monthly to park here. $140. every. month. HOWEVER, twice!! have I gotten collection notices for parking violations. Those violations amounted to $200+ and makes absolutely no sense as I am actively paying monthly to park at this garage. Did I get tickets for violation on my car? no. Did I get a call? no. Mail? No. just STRAIGHT to a collections agency. For violations I didn't even do!!!!! Every time, I have to gather bank statements, phone calls, evidence, and emails to dispute this issue and it takes hours to resolve. This takes even longer now as Metropolis bought SP+ and now I do not even have direct numbers to call about issues like this. I literally had to email them about this issue from ANOTHER one star review on here. If I could give negative stars here I would.

- MIMahmut IlkJun 10, 20211.0I used to pay monthly here. This place is sketchy, useless security sleeps in the car all day while cars get broken into weekly. I see cars with smashed out windows regularly. Contacting management is another story. No one answers the phone ever besides to take payment. If you want your car to get broken into... sure come park here. This is sure the stop for it to happen. Will never park here or with sp parking ever again and will advise anyone I know to do the same.
