There is a sign that says, "no pedestrians on ramp" but that's the only way in and out when all the doors are locked at 3:30 in the afternoon on a Saturday. Would not recommend ever

The day we parked here, there were no gates, the payment machines had covers on them and at the time, there was no clear sign showing where or how to pay. It appears the machines and gates were being replaced/upgraded/renovated. Had there been a clear sign, we would have paid as we always do. Paid the fine, but for anyone in the future, make sure you find a way to pay before leaving even if its not clearly posted.
