Let me start by saying if 0 star reviews were a thing, this would be one. I do not recommend parking here AT ALL. The garage recently transitioned to Metropolis Parking and when I tell you their service is trash and you can’t get a human on the phone, I MEAN THAT! I pay $200 monthly to park here but for some reason, they keep charging me hourly rates. When I try and contact them, they take days to respond while continuing to charge me despite my subscription. And when they do respond, it’s an AI bot instead of an actual human. If y’all find somewhere else to park, do that instead of this!

I don't usually write negative reviews for anything, but this garage is just absolute trash. I live in the building nearby (Lenore) so this is the closest available garage. At 200/month, you'd expect perfect service and reliable gates. Instead, people get stuck here constantly - I'm literally typing this out sitting in line, again. One time, I saw a guy being forced to uber to work because the gate was broken and he literally couldn't get out. The pass that lets you get into the building to your car barely works or sometimes just doesn't at all, giving some error. So you gotta walk through the garage on foot to get to your car. The only good thing about it is when it does work, it's pretty seamless. Problem is that often there's something going on that'll make you late for anywhere you're trying to go. Would give 0 stars if i could.

I prepaid online but when I tried to scan the code, it wouldn't take. I ended up just taking a ticket and paying again at the kiosk when I returned to the garage. I then get to the exit only to have it tell me that I need to pay (again) to exit. In short, I paid 3x the price - do not recommend anyone use this parking garage. I should have read the reviews before prepaying because this has obviously been an ongoing issue which they do not care to fix.

I don't live in the building, but I reserved a parking spot on the app. The scanner did not work with the QR code I was provided, and I was told by a (very rude, impatient, and demeaning) staff member that the scanner would accept my reservation upon exiting the garage. That did not work. I ended up paying $40 on top of the $20 I had paid for the reserved parking. I was not the only who experienced this. At my time of parking, another customer also could not access their reserved parking with the QR code. Don't reserve parking online at this garage. It's lost money and a huge frustration.
