  I recently purchased a L/Certified Lexus IS from Lexus of Annapolis, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the team went above and beyond to make the process smooth, transparent, and enjoyable. Our salesman, Cory Stunkard, was absolutely amazing. He made sure we got a fair deal, answered all of our questions honestly, and never tried to hide anything about the car, showing their commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. The General Sales Manager, Brian DiLeo, also made a lasting impression. He treated us with respect, professionalism, and genuine care; giving us the exact kind of experience you hope for at a Lexus dealership. Honestly, this experience blew Audi and Mercedes out of the water. From start to finish, it was fair, straightforward, and completely stress free. If you’re in the market for a Lexus, I highly recommend Lexus of Annapolis, and ask for Cory—you’ll be in excellent hands.

  Wonderful experience. Friendly staff, a clean and inviting showroom, and a relaxing environment in the waiting area. They even surprised me with a big red bow on it when I came to pick it up!!! Sales and finance went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with my car and provided a completely stress-free purchase and financing experience. The car is five years old, but both outside and in, you’d think it was brand new! They even removed several large grooves from the wheel where someone had hit a curb….looks and smells like a new car! The dealer has checked in on me regularly to make sure everything is going well, and their follow-up has been outstanding. Truly top-notch service from start to finish.

  Douglas at Lexus of Annapolis was at least willing to send me numbers, but once I dug into the breakdown it was obvious they had a bunch of add-ons baked into the price to pad their pockets. I appreciate the transparency more than other dealerships, but it’s disappointing when the “out the door” price includes things I never asked for. Not the straightforward experience I was hoping for.

  Sheehy has a saying customer first , they collectively surpassed that expectation. Started with being greeted by Moe pointing us in the right direction and getting the lay of the land. While viewing the vehicles Jack Edger checked in on us gave us great details to maximize the information we can get while viewing the vehicle and other details. Our Road test was great as well. While driving highlighting and using some of the fantastic features on our new beautiful car. During the purchase process Douglas King checked in to see if he could assist in anyway. I asked if I could get current Lexus we own washed and he made sure they took care of that. Went above and beyond what I asked. The financial process was a breeze with Dave and really enjoyed using high tech electronics they had while signing. Dave was great with explaining everything , offering and highlighting things that best suited us. The overall experience was a beautiful surprise and look forward to continued business with Sheehy of Annapolis. Great job Gents
