My purchase of a 2018 Jeep Rubicon at Sheehy Lexus of Annapolis was a fantastic one! The service was impeccable! My journey started on the phone just one day after the phone call I was in the store signing paperwork after the test drive and had a seamless quick in and out transaction!
Jerod was my main point of contact and he guided me through on the phone and put Professional Service in my path when I came in to sign paperwork! I will be recommending friends and family that are in the market for Alexis or anything else they might have from trade-ins!
Thank you once again for your professionalism I am very happy with my 2018 Jeep Rubicon!

I meant to leave this review earlier, but my experience at Sheehy Lexus of Annapolis was outstanding. Ricky Zollicoffer was great to work with.
I initially came in to test drive one vehicle but was also interested in seeing two others. Ricky quickly had all of them ready for me, which I really appreciated. His patience and effort made the process smooth and stress-free.
In the end, I went with the second vehicle—and I’m very happy with my decision. Highly recommend!
Great...no, excellent customer service by George Queen. Sheehy Lexus of Annapolis, is the epitomy of what customer service and car buying should be. The environment was professional, welcoming and comfortable, lunch was excellent, free donut Thursday, no back and forth with the boss. Although I live 20 minutes from Belair, MD the ride to Lexus of Annapolis was so worth the trip.
I would recommend if you want a Lexus don't waste your time anywhere else, go straight to Sheehy Lexus of Annapolis. Kudos to all the staff that assisted me in purchasing my vehicle.

It looks like I bought a lemon.
- Half way home of a 3-hour return trip, the car died. Result: car towed
- After great assurances that the car was fixed,
same issues: car towed.
- After tearing the engine down, I may get a workable car in a week.
• Lots of apologies. But no one from Management has bothered to reach out, not one, nor offered me the obvious solution, i.e., a better car at the same price.
This dream has turned into a nightmare.

I own a repair shop in Millersville, and as such, I know what brands are the most reliable and well built. Hence why I suggest my fiance get a lexus. This is our second lexus purchase, the first one was great. The second was even better. As a returning client, they remembered us by name, what we did for a living, they remembered our recent life moments that we discussed during the first visit which really makes you think like you made an impression ya know. Anyway, unfortunately my fiance and I weren't really thinking ahead and bought a car that fit our needs at the time but not the future ( we grew our family ) and we out grew the vehicle. We made an appointment, with our salesmen Nick to check the next model up. We get there and quickly discover we have to go two models up. This next part is what really stands out. They encouraged a TX350, which don't get me wrong is nice, but if you ask me it lacks power. Its more of a grocery getter. I expressed my love for everything, but the power. They let me try the TX500h, wow what a difference. And the salesman goes its 15k more and you only save 3 mpg...... yea but it throws you in the seat, it gets out of its own way, it makes you feel like a v8 is under the hood ( minus the noise, it doesn't sound like a v8 ). Like what kinda of salesman trys to talk you out of a more expensive vehicle, well I think he was looking out for our needs and what we expressed in the beginning. Of course my fiance wanted a color they didn't have in stock. But wait, the sales manager just wrecked his demo that very morning, which was the exact model, color, options everything that we wanted. When I say wrecked, I mean more like, he hit a glorifed pot hole and damaged a rim. I knew it wasnt a big deal when I saw it, but not only did he disclose the acident but he gave us a great, great, great deal on the vehicle. My fiance is happy, im happy, and I hope they are happy. I guess to sum this up in a few sentences, their disclosure of the accident, the deal and their honesty made me feel safe as if nothing was hidden, their rememberance of us from a year earlier made them feel friendly, their none pushy finance guy made us feel like we could make decisions we wanted to make with out the pressure of extended warranties. Lexus vehicles speak for themselves, and I love how if you don't use your extended warranty, that money kinda goes into a side pot to be used for your next purchase. To the directors and managers reading this review, complimentary wine would be a nice touch ( box wine is fine) and if you get an LFA instock. Give me a call. Nick has my number.
