    I can’t say enough great things about Sheehy Lexus of Annapolis. This is my third ES 350, and once again they exceeded my expectations. A huge shout-out to Yasir—he was incredibly kind, effective, efficient, knowledgeable, and truly supportive. Yasir and the team worked closely with me to make the process smooth and stress-free, and helped me drive off in a 2025 Lexus. That level of professionalism and care means everything. As if that wasn’t enough, while my car was being detailed, Yasir surprised me with a Lexus hat and bottle, which was such a thoughtful and classy touch. This dealership treats you like a valued customer, not just a transaction. If you’re looking for honesty, care, and top-tier service, Sheehy Lexus of Annapolis—and especially Yasir—is the place to go. Highly recommend!

Timonthy understood exactly what I needed from my initial online inquiry and avoided the usual back-and-forth. His communication was clear, respectful, and efficient.     This isn’t a typical review. I manage an auto body shop and order Lexus parts regularly, including from many different dealers and third party vendors and I can say honestly that Sheehy Lexus stands alone because of their exceptional team: Corey, Chad, Austin, and Sunny. This is the only dealership I work with that consistently goes above and beyond. They double-check parts accuracy, proactively apply discounts, and clearly communicate any and all issues with parts before problems arise. That level of diligence and transparency is rare in this industry. I’ve worked with dozens of other dealers. While there may be another dealer that has an exceptional individual, at Sheehy Lexus this level of excellence is shared across the entire whole sale group. That says a lot about their professionalism, teamwork, and commitment to customer service. To the Lexus Wholesale Parts Manager: if you’re reading this, please know that Corey, Chad, Austin, and Sunny are truly outstanding and absolutely deserve recognition.     George Queen was a wonderful sales person. My husband had been texting for about a year in anticipation of purchasing a new car. I am a long time Mercedes owner and was reluctant to change. I wanted a small to mid sized luxury suv. After testing the MB and Genesis SUVs we went over to see George. Our intent was to buy/drive the GX550. George assessed my needs and brought up a 2026 RX350 with the Luxury package for me to test drive first . I immediately knew this was the size I was looking for and was very impressed with the options as well as the test drive. We also drove the GX550 and it was super nice, but much bigger than I needed. (Which was also turned out to be the case with the MB SUV. ) The negotiations went smoothly. The dealership is very beautiful. The car selection was huge. The staff was very professional and pleasant. The high tech document signing was very nice and very efficient. George took a lot of time going through the features on the car and helped me create my Lexus account. The whole process was seamless and I absolutely love the car. I didn’t even consider other interior/exterior options because I immediately loved what George suggested for me. The test drive with was longer than the typical “around the block”. We got up to highway speeds and took some hilly winding roads to really get the feel for the car. Would absolutely purchase a car from them again.They had the car interior protection applied and detailing done while we signed the paperwork . They even had a beautiful red bow on the car when we walked out!

    I bought a car from this dealership in April 2025 while my husband was deployed and I was alone with our 4-year-old. My uncle drove an hour to get to me and then we drove over 3 hours to get to the dealership. The buying process itself was tolerable, though it was frustrating that the salesperson’s daughters kept interrupting throughout which is very unprofessional. The problems started immediately. On the 3+ hour drive home, the car already had issues. I called Corey, the salesperson, the next morning. He said he would contact the mechanic and get back to me—but never did. This continued for several days, even after my husband, who was overseas, tried to get in touch. When my husband contacted the manager, they agreed to fix the car—but on the phone, they refused to provide a loaner because I didn’t buy a Lexus. This meant I couldn’t bring the car in for repairs, as I had no way to get around with my young daughter. They knowingly sold me a car with mechanical problems and then made it impossible for me to have it repaired. Once my husband returned in August, we discovered multiple issues: • The battery was bad ($250), and replacing it revealed features the car originally had that I never knew about. • The entire transmission needed replacement. Thankfully, I had purchased a warranty, which covered most of it, but I still paid $645 out of pocket. • Recently, when we tried to engage AWD for the first snow, it failed, and now the rear differential needs replacing (my portion (deductible) $500). Throughout all of this, Corey and the dealership repeatedly ignored us. Even after transferring the issue to the shop manager, we received no response. All we asked for was reimbursement for our out-of-pocket costs, and they'reflat out ignoring us. Bottom line: This dealership is unprofessional, unresponsive, and unhelpful. If you value your time, money, and sanity, stay far away, they do not care about their customers or the cars they sell. Its important to note, my warranty company has paid OVER $12,000 for the repairs to this car. EDIT: GM still has not reached out to me and the transfer case just needed replaced.
