  I brought my 2014 Ford Fusion to do a remote start. I was not sure what starter to go with but the owner made it clear what I would need and what works best for me. The owner Santos and the manager Nick were two very knowledgeable guys. I will definitely be back to do more stuff as they are the best in the area. Santos also informed me of his body shop and gave me a quote on fixing the scratches on my car. I feel comfortable and confident leaving my car in there hands because it will definitely be cared for.

  Worked with Santos and the experience was excellent end to end. I was under a tight scheduling crunch and had a lot of detailed questions, and he took the time to walk through everything without rushing or overselling. The audio system they installed is easily the best I’ve ever had in a vehicle and clearly.Pricing was very reasonable for the quality of work. They also installed a dash cam and the workmanship was top tier. All wiring was clean, fully hidden, and professionally done. This is the kind of shop that takes pride in details and treats customers the right way. I would not hesitate to return or recommend them.

  We purchased a 2003 Toyota Camry from the owner of this shop for our daughter. Within one week of purchase, the check engine light illuminated. Upon contacting the seller/owner, we were informed that this was typical for a vehicle of this age and not his responsibility. A diagnostic scan later indicated multiple emissions-related fault codes. Shortly thereafter, we identified several significant mechanical issues, including repeated coolant loss, ongoing engine oil consumption, and loss of power steering fluid. These findings are inconsistent with a vehicle represented as reliable, well-maintained, and previously serviced for a long-term client. A mechanic subsequently advised us that the vehicle was not dependable and could experience failure without warning. Additionally, we brought our truck to this shop to have a CarPlay system, dash camera, and rear camera removed and installed into the Camry. At the time of service, we reasonably expected that all removed components would be returned. When we later attempted to reinstall the system back into our truck, multiple components were missing. These included the Camry’s factory radio, the truck’s dash trim panel, and an Interface Module an essential component for CarPlay functionality with an approximate replacement cost of $100. We were later informed that the shop discards removed parts unless a customer explicitly requests their return. This policy was not disclosed to us at the time of service, and it is difficult to understand why essential, reusable and expensive components would be discarded without prior authorization. We have also previously had our personal vehicle serviced at this shop. Those services involved substantial costs, work performed without clear communication, and issues that reappeared within a relatively short period. Based on those experiences, we chose not to return for further service. This experience resulted in avoidable financial loss, extended downtime of the vehicle, and considerable frustration. We are sharing our experience so others can make informed decisions and exercise caution when purchasing vehicles or authorizing service at this location. The vehicle is now sitting in our driveway with no clear path forward. The only offers we have received are from salvage yards for parts, despite having paid approximately $4,000 for it.

  So I had some work done to two of my vehicle. The first vehicle there did an exhaust system and installed some wheel lights and wired a AUXBEAM controller, mine you I supply the parts except for the exhaust, at first the car sound great and lights look awesome. And thought the price they changed was fair. So I brought the 2nd vehicle up, I bought rims off them which I could of got cheaper at another place but it wasn't much of different in price and I was ok with it, it was fair, I also had them changed the muffler on it an then wired some lights that I had supply and installed myself. I will say it was a lot of work but there never give me a idea of cost for the work they were performing so I ask about half way through the work they were performing when whenever they told me what it was gonna come out to I just shook my head. And I had to stop them from doing any further work on the vehicle. The price was not fair for the work being done. So needless to say, not all the work get completed. plus they had my both vehicles for about a week to 6 days for each vehicle. When there completed the work on both vehicles I step back and look at the workmanship of the exhaust systems and wiring that they did. Not so much for wire part but the exhaust systems, it wasn't good. I bought one of them back because i was unhappy about the workmanship and the amount of money they charge. After speaking owner. There were going stand behind there work, I liked that, there completed the repairs. So this is what got me to go back a third time but ask them to give me price first. There said there call me back and give a price. After waiting 2 day, so I call them, still didn't have a answer, I call them again, when there told me how much. I was kinder shark at the cost in what there were going to charge me. For the quality of there work, no I am alset. Nick great customer service wiring work very good Needless to say, I won't be back. I normally don't do this but, in this particular case, I felt it was necessary. I feel like I was getting taken advantage of. Sorry 😞
