We had a great experience at Camping World in Uxbridge, MA. We saw a unit online that we liked and got an appointment the same day. Our sales agent, Jacob, showed us the unit and answered all of our questions. Jose was amazing on our official walk through of the unit. Everyone at this Camping World was very friendly and always asking if we needed any help. I would highly recommend Camping World in Uxbridge, MA for all your camping needs.

5 stars for our saleswoman, Deb Keer. We were first time buyers with alot of questions. Deb was patient and so informative. She made the entire purchase process easy and enjoyable.
Service - if I could give them 0 stars I would. Repairs that should have been made prior to pickup were not made. They damaged a stabilizer on top of it. After a few emails and being ignored by service, Deb came to the rescue. Picked up the camper after repairs were made and when we check out the interior, they had cushions strewn all over the floor, two access panels left off and laying on the floor, and left the battery dead. The service team is simply worthless.
Management - about as responsive as the service team. No response from the center manger at how the service team treated us or regarding how service left the camper. Apparently the management team has no concern for how their customers are treated.
If not for Deb, I would bring it back and tell them where to shove it. Funny, after reading reviews, this is a common theme. Also funny how they only seem to respond to 5 star reviews, further demonstrating their disinterest in customer service after the sale.

ZERO STARS. Save yourself the hassle and go anywhere else. Or better yet, don't even bother buying a camper if this place is your only option. I purchased a brand new camper from camping world. The sales end of things went fine but everything after was a disaster. First off, they upsell you on what they call an 'environmental coating' for an extra $1500 and they don't even do or it doesn't help AT ALL even if they did do it. They ALSO charge you a $1300 fee for "prepping & detailing" the camper for pick up. After waiting over a month and multiple calls with getting no where, they told me my camper was finally ready for pick up. When i got there, i was directed to the service department. When i walked into the service department, they looked at me like i had 3 heads and had no idea i was coming. The camper was not ready and I was told to come back next week. We did a walk through with one of the techs while we were there anyway and the camper was never prepped or detailed. Stains and boot marks all over the floors. Keep in mind this was a brand new camper. Came back a second time and no 'environmental coating' was ever put on my camper and they still didn't seem ready for me as the camper was still not clean. I was so excited to pick it up as it was my first camper purchase so i hooked up and left. I drove about a half hour away to Burrillville to show my parents my purchase and as i was walking around the camper, i noticed a wheel lug was missing from one of the wheels. I called the service department instantly and the guy told me "well you better get back here asap cause we close in 30 minutes and won't be able to help you after that". LOL. After driving back, i asked the service tech to check all the lugs to make sure it was safe to drive. All the lugs were finger tight and barely on there. Glad i caught it when i did before the wheels fell off. Fast forward a few weeks, I'm reviewing my paperwork and realized they charged me an additional $1200 for a 'weight and sway' package. I then realized that i also did not get that during pick up. Again, i was so excited and didn't think of it. I called them DAILY for 2-3 weeks and kept getting the run around that the sales manager and the service department were too busy to talk. Finally I was able to get the sales manager on the phone and they told me come back with the camper and they will install the weight and sway package for me. When i said to the sales manager that i don't believe my camper was coated, he laughed and said "well i know it was cause that comes out of our inventory" Hmmm that's funny then why didn't they notice the weight and sway package?? This was now my third trip back to Uxbridge to finally get what i PAID for and should have been done upon the initial visit. The guys in the service department are unfriendly and rude. The sales & service managers do not care that they screw up. They only care about getting the sale and after that, you are on your own. Forget about bringing your camper there for service, it will be there for months. Just learn how to fix and winterize the camper yourself. They will charge you $1200 or more to winterize your camper. I watched a 10 minute video and have my camper winterized myself in less than a half hour. They also did not winterize it correctly from the start. In the end, you end up paying thousands and thousands of extra dollars for things that you don't up getting. This place is an absolute disaster and will never buy anything from them ever again. How they even stay in business is beyond me.
