- SHShane HardySep 22, 20251.0I called Onsite Auto to schedule a diagnostic, and before I could even explain the problem, I was told, “This isn’t a good fit for us.” When I tried to clarify, the response was repeated: “Again… it’s not a good fit.” Extremely unprofessional. Their website advertises auto repair, but they seem highly selective—even for basic diagnostics. Very disappointing customer service.

I was on the search for a trust worthy auto shop and can confidently say Onsite Automotive Services is as honest as they get. I had a downward 02 sensor replaced here back in March. They made sure the car diagnosis was accurate and did not try to add any other additional fees/services (like other shops do). They were able to take our car in the same day and fixed the issue. I called them again yesterday with a question regarding some dashboard lights. Without hesitation, they provided me with guidance and explained what was going on, with no benefit to them. It's rare to have that type of genuineness these days, so thank you for being reliable and honest with your customers!

John was very helpful, and he is only interested in doing what's best for the customer (he does not try to oversell or push unnecessary repairs, unlike some dealerships).
