- GKGary KNov 7, 20255.0My wife's car had a transmission issue. I called Don at Global to have it towed there and check it out. He checked WHILE I was on the phone with him to see if the issue was covered under warranty, which didn't even occur to me. It was covered and he suggested I bring it a dealership and have it repaired under the warranty. Called dealership and all is taken care of. THAT'S CUSTOMER SERVICE AT IT'S FINEST He didn't have to do that. Need I say more about Global Transmission ? Honesty and reliable service. Thank you, Don for your help !

Ended up being a loose fill bolt from a recent service at a different shop. Received complementary diagnostic service and clean up of the undercarriage. I appreciate the honesty and will definitely return if I need work done in the future!

- BBBraden BullardAug 8, 20255.0Had them look at a small leak in my manual trans and after figuring out the small issue would require an insanely difficult and pricey fix, they recommended I don’t even get it fixed and just keep an eye on the fluid levels. I’ll only be charged a diagnostic fee. This kind of attitude is what I look for in a garage/shop.
