- KCK CNov 8, 20251.0Was totally scammed with the new plate scan system because you have no proof of when you entered. We parked and immediately called the restaurant to see if they had availability. My phone shows the call at 5:34. When we left at 8:15 I was charged $4 for supposedly being 15 minutes over the 3 hour free limit. There is no way this is the case but thanks to their stupid new scam system I have no proof. Will never park here again
