However, this garage has recently updated their gate to only accept payments through a phone app, which I absolutely detest. I will never park here again.

We chose to park here because it is very close to AMC where we are going for a movie, but only experienced the worst ever service. We had to wait for a while at the entrance, because the car in front of us seemed to have trouble getting in. When it was our turn, the paying machine was stuck at the status saying “please remove the credit card” when there was no card inside, and there is no way for us to get in. So we called the operator for assistance, and he basically refused to help, and told us to leave the garage immediately, without offering any other options to try a different card (which we tried but did not work) or an alternative payment method. We ended up in the garage and did not leave immediately, when we came back from the movie, we found a violation ticket without a fine or a resolution, so we decided to leave the garage. Apparently, we cannot leave the garage, so we contacted the operator again, and was told that the shift before him left a note telling him to not let us leave. But this operator is nice enough to let us leave. Bottom line, the paying system at this garage is not well functioning, and there is a chance that you are not able to park here, or you are not able to leave. So be very cautious especially if you are in a hurry.
