- NPNicholas PacittiOct 15, 20231.0Booked a rental and the truck was not at the location. Was offered a less than 10% discount to wait 2 hours. Addition: Truck was delayed an additional 30 mins for which I was offered further discounting. However, the amount discount was $2.01 less than what was stated to me over the phone. I'm not worried about the dollar amount just an off putting business practice. Also called the number listed by the owner in their response below and was transferred to a line that I am assuming would ring forever and then when I finally got to a person I was basically told to pound sand and chided for my reservation being made about 36 hours prior to pick up. I understand things happen and I would have been happy to pick up at another location had penske just simply communicated with me. TLDR; use someone else.
