Not only is Mike thoughtful, precise, and incredibly skilled at what he does — he truly cares. His attention to detail is unmatched, and his work ethic is like no other. Recently, my car was hit in a parking lot and, of course, the other driver took off. I was left with large, ugly marks all over my driver-side panels. It was frustrating, disheartening, and honestly just one of those things that gets under your skin every time you look at it. Mike remembered me from over a year ago, which completely blew me away. It really made me feel like part of the community. He took my car in within the week, and when I picked it up, it looked brand new again. I joked with him that his work didn’t just restore my car it restored my state of mind. And it's true. I know it might sound dramatic to be emotional about a car, but we invest so much time and money into them, they're part of our everyday lives.
