  I’ve been going to Ben for years (20+!) He is one of the most honest and forthright people I have ever met (especially in this business). It doesn’t hurt that he does fantastic work either (like chefs kiss. It’ll probably look better than it did even from the showroom kind of work). Well, since moving closer to the city (Cambridge) & not South Shore anymore, I made the regretful mistake of allowing AAA to tow my car to a different shop (who they recommended and are certified with) just to have it in a place that wasn’t where it was (someone vandalized my car & put sugar in the gas tank-it’s the city and some ppl are certifiable I swear). Anywho, I have had the worst experience of my life. It literally hurts my heart right now that I didn’t insist the car be brought directly to Pembroke Collision right away bc if I had, my car would’ve been fixed by now. Instead it’s languishing (3wks now) at another shop and Lord knows what’s going on, I’ve gotten 4+ different work orders, etc it’s legitimately insane) however I’m accruing storage fees daily while they drag their feet. That being said, I have NEVER once experienced any of the issues I’m going through right now (not ever) with Pembroke Collision. In saying this, it’s so important that longtime customers support business owners that are good and true (& honest!) and that is exactly what you will find at Pembroke Collision. They started with a few tools and a garage, and 4 locations later are busy as ever. You don’t have that kind of success screwing people over. That success came from hard work, having a good partner and a good family behind him! They deserve dozens of five star reviews from me from all the years of beautiful HASSLE FREE work..! Don’t let anybody tell you where to take your car. Take it to where you know it’s gonna be safe. Especially for my friends directly in the city.. Pleaase don’t do the easy thing bc you’re rushing. Not every shop is like the one you trust (if you even have one as they’re almost impossible to come by). As long as they’re open, they’re the only professionals I’ll ever use.

  Last week I went to them in person to ask about a simple job that would only take like 20 minutes and they said bring it back next tuesday in the morning. I thought $100 to weld 2 carriage bolts(5 minutes of work) was extremely high and on top of that I went back today like they said at 8 and they were closed. I tried to call after bit they never answered. I went back 20 minutes later and they still weren't open. The week before they were and their times online show open at 8am everyday. It was a waste of my morning to let work know I was gonna be late to drop off my truck. Now I have to find somewhere else to do the work and waste time all over again to get it done. Thanks for nothing. I wouldn't waste my time on that small town hole in the wall auto shop after that. Good luck to you who do
