They got me on my knees, no sun shade, waiting 20 minutes for MSDoS to validate me giving them money. But the charger did (eventually) work, so good job there.

It’s bad enough that so many are down so often but when they aren’t even listed correctly and you drive all the way there it’s very frustrating. Please do better.
