Went in for a five point inspection, and an oil change,end of August, temperature was 83 degrees, tire light on,Trevor tells me that I needed sensors to be replaced, covered by warranty, paid deductible, sensors were on backorder, they come in end of October, October 31st had service done, no reading, these sensors were bad,next set of sensors ere ordered by Cleighton another bad read,now,dealing with Reise, who tells me it's the module, also covered by warranty, tells me he has to get authorization from his manager, to which now 3 weeks later,no calls communication, I am disabled and I need my vehicle for hospital visits, we make it easy, that's the Kelly way,absolutely the worst service ever, why because I didn't buy my vehicle there ,or because I have warranty, this place is awful, service representatives have no clue,my advice GO ELSEWHERE, is it possible to go 0 stars? This was last bit of communication 11 days ago, once again, this ordeal began August 83 degrees
