    I had THE most wonderful experience leasing a new 2025 Wrangler. Dave DeCarvalho helped tremendously with the trade-in process for my 2018 Wrangler and picking out the 2025 option, and Josh Eckstein was amazing on the financial side getting it all wrapped up. Had the entire transaction done within a couple hours and picked it up the next day. Highly recommend Dave & Josh!! Dream team.

    I love the car we got but I was a second away from canceling it because of the sales person. Avoid going to Nadia. First, she refused to even negotiate on our behalf. We didn’t offer a low ball offer but she said to us she would “lose her job” if she brought it to the sales manager but funny enough when we were leaving Cris the sales manager did work with us. This was on Tuesday, we couldn’t get the car Wednesday because she was off, so it was supposed to be ready on Thursday morning since my husband told her he worked afternoons. She called Thursday morning and said it wouldn’t be ready until 4 and was arguing with him back and forth. Everything with the insurance binder and plate release was already done on our end the day before. He went there and the car was not even detailed or inspected. She also had the audacity to tell my husband he had a temper and she felt bad for me. I am so upset and going to write an email to Kelly as well. She literally did nothing besides bring us for a test drive. I wish so hard she wouldn’t even get commission on this deal. I don’t think this career is for her. My vanity plate alao needed to be renewed in November so I had to over a week to do it. They told us we had to renew it before they did the transfer so we did but then we had to pay for it again when we transferred it to new Jeep so we wasted money and paid 2 registration fees. They also gave us a car with a rejection sticker and told us it failed due to emissions and drive it and bring it back. We just spent over $30k, WE shouldn’t have to do that.

    Nothing but good things to say, especially about Blake very professional and courteous! Explained everything about the inside of the car and how to operate it… He told me if I have any questions even down the road not to hesitate to give him a call!! Thumbs up for Kelly…

    We have bought several vehicles from Kelly Jeep but this review is based of our experiences with Yamen. He is amazing! Even after the purchase of a vehicle he goes above and beyond for the customer. Yamen is kind, great at communicating, responsive, and has a great personality.
