I stopped by Jeep of Lynnfield this morning to look at a Jeep, and I had a great experience from the moment I walked in. As soon as I approached the lobby, the sales manager greeted me, and the entire team made me feel welcomed.
What really stood out was how personal and organized everything felt. From the salesperson to the floor manager to the general manager, everyone greeted me by name and knew exactly why I was there. That level of communication and customer service felt very unique.
As someone who has owned multiple vehicles and also worked in the car business, I can honestly say this is something I’ve never seen before. The professionalism, attention, and overall experience were top-notch.
I’m still thinking about my purchase, but hands down, this is one of the best dealerships I’ve dealt with. I will definitely be buying a vehicle from them in the future.
This is my third car lease with this dealership, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience once again. The entire process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. David DeCarvalho was absolutely excellent to work with. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping me get the best deal possible. It’s rare to find a dealership that consistently delivers great service, but this one truly does. I’m so happy with my 2026 Jeep Wrangler! Highly recommend Kelly Jeep to anyone looking for a new car.

This is our 2nd time purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. We this time around we worked with Kevin and had an excellent experience. He was respectful, intelligent and a pleasure to work with! Highly recommend!

I have purchased my last 3 cars from Kelly and highly recommend them! In my most recent experience I had the pleasure of working with a wonderful sales person (Marseb) sales manager (Tim), and finance manager (Yamen)— went above and beyond and were all great to work with and really made the experience a positive one. I greatly appreciated the good service that I received and highly recommend them to anybody!

I actually had a poor experience day of service on vehicle. I was clear with the advisor taking the request to ensure the alignment was done and possible explanation of rim with I needed done & how many; which was actually never talked about, I was waiting for a response from the tech to tell me just how much work is needed for my rims as they told me on the phone when I booked the initial appointment to now call the appointment number yet again and that wasn’t done either and go back to a blank explanation of how much work needs to be done on my rims.
To follow- After giving it some thought I decided NOT to change the filters on my car, granted they told me it was $300, I found another tech within the store to ensure this work was not done, I ensured to send a text message to the one you get if you should have any questions about the service & when I finally saw the advisor, I ensured this got to him, he went to check on the car & proceeded to tell me this work was already done. Took 30 off a 300 bill???? How does that make sense when I was clear I did not want the filters changed ???? Actually very annoyed with this experience
