Jacob Hartung was fantastic, answering all our questions with patience and professionalism. He is extremely knowledgeable and very thorough. Previous experiences with other car salespeople left me frustrated and feeling rushed into a decision. Not with Jacob and the team at Ron Bouchard - I never felt pressured. Shout out also to Stacy Maillet, the GM, who personally contacted me several times with updates on the purchase and pickup details. It is obvious that this team highly values customer satisfaction. I would highly recommend them - you won't be disappointed.
