I specifically told 1 salesman and 2 managers that I would have the car inspection done independently from dealership ( state of mass does not require you to get car inspected where you purchase) I went to claim used car and found they had done the inspection;ignoring my requests. Furthermore when I claimed the vehicle Andres gave me keys and pointed to the car and left me in dark parking lot ( didn’t offer to go over vehicle with me) I tired to open car doors- remotes not working. Went back to ask for help ( maybe remotes had dead batteries) NOPE, they gave me the wrong keys! They gave me keys to another vehicle. Customer service very poor, would not recommend

We set an appointment in advance, and when we arrived to the store around 11 am, the two cars we were interested in were pulled to the front, and ready to look at! I did not have a vehicle, and was really hoping to take one home that day, and Tommy went above and beyond to have everything completed quickly, and without delay. After renting the store around 11, we were able to take a new Telluride home by 5! Tommy was very personable and patient, and answered any questions related to the car, as well as walked through some of the features. Car shopping as a female can be daunting, but at no point in the deal did I feel pressured to do anything I did not want to purchase. I would definitely purchase and recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a new vehicle!

I started my buying process Just a week ago online and received a lot of helpful information from Haylee. She was very quick to respond to any questions or needs that I had. I was then put in touch with my salesperson Zach who did a great job from start to finish. Without my even asking he sent me a video of a potential vehicle for me highlighting the features of the vehicle. The sales manager Keith was very good to work with. We went back and forth negotiating a few times as is usual when buying a car. But he was always very professional and prompt. Finally I met with Chris today for the financing portion of the deal and he was very thorough explaining all the paperwork to me. He eased my mind as far as what the process was since I was turning in another lease car I had gotten from a different dealership. I have only good things to say about your entire staff.
