  Franklyn Brown greeted us at the door with a smile and welcomed us. He listened to our needs. I knew exactly which car I wanted. He explained the process and gave us helpful tips. He is courteous, professional and a great conversationalist. The staff is fantastic. We had a great experience with Eddie the finance manager as well. We were treated with respect every day we popped in and there was always someone ready to assist. My car had all the specs I was looking for, heated seats, remote starter, driver memory, leather interior, the list goes on and on. They delivered it to us as promised. I am very happy with my purchase. The whole process was flawless. Thank you

  Easy to schedule service directly through their website with availability the following week. Drop off was quick and easy and the staff I worked with was very nice and helpful. The service work I had requested was completed in the time that they quoted. All in all, a painless process as far as car maintenance goes! Would recommend to a friend.

  TLDR: Visit Lethzzy at Ron Bouchard Honda if you're looking for a car! I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Lethzzy at Ron Bouchard Honda, and I’m so thankful that when I was browsing cars that she came over to check in with me. I think the best way to describe Lethzzy is that she feels more like your advocate than your salesperson. I had my eye on a Subaru Forester which she was guiding me through the process of getting, when a different person ended up purchasing the vehicle (I didn’t put a down deposit down, and the car technically was over at Ron Bouchard Nissan next door, so that was my fault). Lettzhy went the extra mile to talk to the folks over at Nissan to see if there was anything she could do to help me, but unfortunately it was out of her control. I continued to work with Lethzzy because I appreciated how above and beyond she went to help me out. I actually did go to a different dealership to check out a similar Subaru Forester to the one that sold, but the salesperson there felt slimy to me. I kept mentioning that I had other places to be and that I wasn’t sold on the car, and he kept trying to delay me and push the sale for that day. I decided that I much rather work with Lethzzy and get a different kind of car than work with someone else. I went back and test drove some cars with Lethzzy. She was super knowledgeable, communicative and accommodating. She helped me pick out some cars to test drive and had them pulled up to the side of the building for when I got there, knowing I only had an hour or so and wanted to be mindful of my time. Even when the dealership was closing and I hadn't found a car that I wanted to purchase yet, she let me quickly test drive one more car. I was going to get that car, but the deal for the original vehicle I wanted fell through. When Lethzzy heard, she immediately sprung into action to make sure I could get that vehicle. Everything she did made me feel like she was truly rooting for me and wanted me to end up with the car that was right for me. She even advocated for me to get the highest trade I could get for my vehicle, especially since I was upside down on the loan I had on my trade in, which was truly touching. Lethzzy is easy to talk to, kind, knowledgeable, and constantly goes above and beyond. After the kinds of car buying experiences I've had, she is more than a breath of fresh air. If you're looking for a car, you should definitely visit her at Ron Bouchard Honda.

  Amazing experience. When I drive in Katie came out to meet me and she was wonderful. I know the guys are wonderful too but as a woman I felt so comfortable immediately because she was so warm and friendly. The work was done in record time while I waited in an open and airy lounge area. Great experience all around and well worth the 35 mile drive.

  I recently purchased my first car from ron bouchards and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and professional. lethzzy was very helpful with helping me find the right car for me and make sure I felt comfortable throughout the process. There was absolutely no pressure just honest advice and great customer service. The entire team made the financing and paperwork quick and easy !
