    Never a bad experience at DeLuca, but always an EXCEPTIONAL EXPERIENCE with their service department, ESPECIALLY Thomas Crean. We called DeLuca's for service on our Wagoneer, and Tom got us in right away. Our car's problem was diagnosed, communicated to us, and completed within a few hours. When we arrived to pick it up, Tom had it washed, started, and ready to go. It's been like this every visit. He's very friendly, trustworthy, knowledgeable, and professional; an invaluable asset to DeLuca's auto companies, and we highly recommend him.
