    Purchased a 2025 GMC 3500 AT4 a few months back. put 6500 miles on it and the truck stopped detecting both key fobs. GM had the truck towed to Bill DeLuca Chevrolet-GMC they received the truck on the day before thanksgiving. The day after thanksgiving I called Reggie the service manager and was told they didn't look at the truck cause the tow company misplaced the keys. I reached out to the GM and he said they didn't have a diesel mechanic available. (I didn't get the truth) I have called the dealer multiple times to get an update (they never answer in the service department or call back) today almost a month later i got a call that my truck was ready (almost 30 days the truck was in for service) when i got the call i said its been almost 30 days and the service underwriter laughed and said i was trying to make it to 30 days. i asked if the wireless cellphone charger was fixed. yes it was and tested nothing wrong with it. i went to pick it up and still not operating. Reggie told me it works and showed me. (still didn't work) i was told its cause I have a case on my phone. i went over and tested a brand new truck and it worked like it should. if you do business here just be careful i went 5 days with out getting a lender vehicle and they don't normally have them. Reggie does not want to fix anything or stand behind a manufacturer warranty. one lesson I learned is make sure where you buy a vehicle call the service department to see if anyone answers the phone before buying a vehicle. Truck was towed in with 5 percent fuel. I picked up the truck and had 0 percent fuel left. Ran out of fuel on the way to get diesel and GM roadside had to bring me out fuel.

    I’ve left numerous voicemails and text messages regarding my car needing to be serviced by a certified Chevrolet dealership due to a recall and it’s like pulling teeth, Now I just keep getting voicemails about buying a car And when I try to call back to schedule the correct service, they just direct me to a voicemail. Customer service seems to be nonexistent.

    My experience at your dealership was a great experience. I felt no pressure to buy a vehicle. My salesperson Samantha was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional and made my purchase of a new truck go as smooth as it could go . I can tell you right now that in the further when I need to purchase another vehicle your dealership will be the one I go to and if someone I know is looking for a vehicle I'll tell them to go to Bill DeLuca.
