Mr. Raj. was our salesperson. We had a great experience buy a new vehicle. His knowledge of Toyota far beyond. They way he explained everything we were highly impressed. We never though going to buy a car came to just look and get some information.
He is a great asset to Bernardi Toyota. Very straight forward, honest and respectful. He went extra miles to make sure we are completely satisfied with overall purchase. He gave us a tour of the dealership how we operate service department when we come back for service. We can't explain how happy we are with Mr. Raj and Bernardi Toyota buying our new car. We'll be back for our family members to buy a car from him.

The 1st salesperson that greeted us immediately asked if we were buying today or not and lied about being busy as soon as we said we were just looking to test drive. He then handed us off to Cesar who was a pleasure to work, very knowledgable about the Tacoma we test drove, and answered all our questions. Highly recommend Cesar to anyone looking for a Toyota or pre-owned vehicle. He can also speak spanish and portuguese!

This was my second purchase from Bernardi Toyota of Framingham, which says a lot on its own. One was used and one was a new RAV4.
Both experiences were straightforward, with clear pricing and timing and no surprises.
What stood out to me is how smoothly things run. The dealership feels well organized as you move from sales to finance and warranties. Everyone seems on the same page, which says a lot about the standards set by GM Bob Kenney. It makes buying a car feel easy instead of stressful.
The service department is a big reason I keep coming back—it inspires confidence and feels focused on long-term ownership.
I left confident in the purchase and fully expect to continue servicing and buying vehicles here.

O atendimento na venda é ótimo más o pós venda é péssimo,comprei um carro 2019 com 32 mil, achei que tava comprando um carro bom firme mas o carro veio muito mal vistoriado cheio de barulhos más o que mais me incomoda e o barulho no sistema de freio que fui até o oficina três fezes para resolver más não resolveram e ainda quiseram me fazer acreditar que era normal do Hybrid mas sei que não é pois tenho um crv que deu omesmo defeito e na honda resolveram rápido era um rolamento do sistema de freio.
Talvez depois que minha garantia terminar eu levo lá e eles acham o defeito.
