- JWJohn Warren6 days ago1.0Would never buy from Ron Bouchard’s again. We bought two vehicles at the same time, and the used one developed an engine tick. Service told us it was “absolutely not” under warranty turns out it was, and our salesman had to be the one to catch their mistake. Now our car has been in the shop, going on three weeks, and we’re still “2nd on the list” for a rental while paying $100 a day out of pocket with four young kids and two working parents. Then we were told it was somehow our fault because of a maintenance report miscommunication. Incredibly disappointing service. They sold us a problem vehicle, gave us wrong information, and left us with zero support. We’re done and so are our family and friends. Between the misinformation, the lack of support, and the dismissive treatment, we will never shop here again!!!!
