  I dont like to leave 5 star reviews but I am honestly impressed with the knowledge and professionalism i had the privilege of experiencing. I also am not a fan of having dealerships do work on my vehicle but this job required it. The service department got my truck in 2 days earlier then they said. Once they confirmed what my issue was they treated as a warranty issue, that 2 other dealerships wouldnt even confirm existed. I am truly impressed with this service department, thank your for the amazing experience

  I've bought five vehicles from Ron Bouchard's. Let me tell you their service center is absolute worst. They wanna charge you $200 just to look at the vehicle even though you've already paid them to fix the vehicle but they say oh it has nothing to do with what we've fixed something different so we have to look at it and charge you another $200. Service center managers are a joke. Dodge fitchburg horrible!!!

  Scott was great to deal with, this was my 18 year-old son’s first car purchase and it was very smooth. Never felt pressured or up sold, he just showed us different options and let us decide. He even delivered it to NH in nasty winter weather.

  I’ve been dealing with an absolute NIGHTMARE after buying a vehicle from Carvana. Within days of purchasing the truck it had major mechanical issues, and working with Carvana and their warranty company has been nothing but delay after delay, confusion, and zero accountability.
