    My 2 sister in laws bought a car from this dealer. When she went to pick it up, it was not the car she bought. It was not certified and 2 years older than what she bought. Bait and switch, they sold the car she bought to somebody else and gave her an inferior car and are not returning her calls. They took advantage of 2 handicapped senior citizens. Now ask yourself, do you really want to do business with dishonest people?

    After negotiating price, asking for the name to put our cashier's check in, discussing how/what tags we would need to get to bring it home and knowing we were driving 2 hours to come buy the vehicle they showed it before we arrived and then told us we couldn't buy it or even look at it while they were in an active negotiation. As if we weren't already in one. We did not have time yesterday to waste 5 hours, the time, the money and still not having a vehicle we need is frankly devastating to us. Do not reward these people, if I can prevent at least one sale a year I'll know they are paying penance for what they did.

    First time to Ron Bouchard. We just moved to the area needed to find a Ram dealer. Safety recall was needed and I also asked them to look at my 4 wheel drive. They got me in fast and was finished with my truck sooner than expected. Everybody i worked with was great very friendly and welcoming. Would recommend to anyone.

    They forgot to properly inflate my tires after an oil change and tire rotation, but they took care of it without incident after I pointed it out to them, and they gave me a $20 credit on future service for my trouble. Friendly service, I will use them in the future for my RAM 1500 and for my wife's Jeep Wrangler.
