  Had a great experience buying my first VW Jetta SEL from VW of Danvers from salesperson Nick Gonzalez and business manger Barry Gagne. They answered all my concerns and my expectations. As soon as I walked in the door,I was helped right away with no waiting. Would definitely recommend this dealership if one is interested in owning a VW.

  I recently bought my car at Kelly VW with Emaru and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I got there on a Monday starting the process of test driving and narrowing down what vehicle I wanted to purchase, after going to a couple of other dealerships to test drive different cars I decided the certified pre owned Taos I test drove at Kelly was the car for me. I returned on Wednesday and left that day with my new car. They made the process easy, walked me through anything I needed to do on my end and I left feeling happy with my experience vs. drained by relentless sales people (something I had felt other places). Definitely recommend buying at Kelly as well as working directly with Emaru!

  I have to say that leasing my first VW a 2026 Jetta from Kelly VW was quick and painless. Jimmy was friendly and knowledgeable! He didn't pressure or oversell the car, he was genuine. Barry in the finance department was also friendly and knowledgeable. He worked with me on getting a price I could afford. Coming from Subaru's with only a 36mo lease it was nice to chose between a 39 or 48 month lease (of course I took the 48, lol!) Would highly recommend Kelly VW of Danvers! 10 outta 10. Oh and shout out to Julia for all her help on getting me into the dealership.

  I had such a positive experience purchasing my new (used) 2022 Toyota Rav4 at Kelly Volkswagen. George Souza was my salesperson and he did an excellent job selling me this vehicle. He was very kind, cooperative and helped to make it a stress free process. I'd also like to recognize the Finance Manager Barry Gagne. He also worked with me on my Trade in value and Financing a new loan. I was fortunate enough to make a same day deal, and drove away in my new vehicle.

  Salesman, Nick Gonzalez, sold me used car. First, car did not pas inspection once sold because of battery so I had to do that myself. Second, they refused to give me second key, despite saying two were included, and then charged me nearly $400 for the key which required three trips to the dealership and scheduling with the parts and service departments separately. Third, I had to specifically ask for floor mats to be included in with the sale. Don’t trust these people. Classic sales tactics that frustrate customers. I suggest going elsewhere.
