I found a video of a guy taking out the system, putting a new digitizer over the old one, and putting it all back together. I bought the digitizer <$15, sent the video link to Ron, the owner of Auto Sound in Danvers, and he said yep, we can do that. And they did, quickly and at a very reasonable price! So happy to have a working touchscreen again!

I arrived much earlier than my appointment, but they told me no problem. They fixed the problem in short order and told me there was no charge! Very friendly staff as well. I highly recommend them!
