    Johnny is a great salesman, he’s very personable and knowledgeable of the cars. He took care of us from start to finish. The process was quick and easy. Christian is a great sales manager as well. Will only do business with them.

    I recently traded in my vehicle at Acura Boston and had two very different experiences. First, I cannot say enough good things about my salesman, Jake Rush. Jake went above and beyond to make sure the trade went smoothly. He worked incredibly hard, stayed on top of every detail, and truly earned my business. If you are going to this dealership, ask for Jake. ​Unfortunately, the experience was soured by Bill, the General Manager. While Jake was professional and hardworking, Bill’s involvement was the exact opposite. My interactions with him were a significant negative point in an otherwise great process. It’s a shame that such a high-performing salesperson like Jake is being represented by management that doesn't meet that same standard. 5 stars for Jake, 5 stars for Christian. 5 stars for Tyla (Finance) 1 star for Bill also 1 star for the business manager

    I walked in to test drive the RDX a week ago and was assisted by Miguel. He was great during the whole process. The dealer also came up with a very good offer on a Tech Package. Ultimately I did not end up going with them primarily due to not having the trim and color I was seeking. (ASpec in White). However it was still a very pleasant experience overall and would definitely recommend them if anyone is shopping for Acura.

    Terrible, sales experience. Seems to be a “pump sales/sell it and immediately move on to the next. Meanwhile you don’t even get a simple inspection sticker reimbursement as they claim. Maksim specifically doesn’t follow through after I politely asked about my reimbursement check over a month ago that was supposedly in the mail over a month ago. If it wasn’t for finding the exact car I had been looking for, I would have went somewhere else for the purchase.
