I was shocked and asked for an explaination. The staff were rude from the start and then said they wouldn't charge me like they're doing me a favor, even though they couldn't explain any details of their policy. The staff was extremely rude from beginning. I really hate that I have to park here sometimes. There aren't a lot of choices nearby. I don't trust my car with the staff at this parking lot.
