Not worth it even 1 star. It seems like it is never inspected, it is dirty, the floor markings are unclear, the exit signs are not clear where the exit is. It says $45 at the entrance (I didn't take a picture of it) but they charge $55 at the exit. The collection machines on the floors do not work. When you press the assistant button, I guess the person is working from home, the help is nothing other than say "go to another floor"

Has a misleading $16/day sign outside, but charged $36 for 4 hours. Otherwise the place is clean and convenient.

System crashed as we were trying to leave, so we got stuck in the garage for 20 minutes. The individual on the intercom was very rude and unhelpful. We had to wait for their system to reboot before we could leave. All it took was for one person to come out and scan the reader to let us out. He also wanted to charge us because we were past the reservation time since we were stuck for so long. Will avoid this place in the future.

Garage is dirty which I don’t entirely blame on the garage because it’s usually people from the Omni dumping their trash out their car doors. The valets from the Omni drive like maniacs through the garage. The actual garage employees are inept at best at their jobs. Any issues they can barely speak or understand English and are extremely rude. However, they bend the rules for some people. Some girl and her boyfriend/husband/brother are able to park their ugly grey bmws in the 15 min loading zone in perpetuity. Other monthly pass holders have to park on the top floor or fight for spots when there’s a convention center/Omni event but they’re given preference for no reason. Took the garage long enough to finally give the guy in a wheelchair a spot on the second floor where there is no handicap spaces but again the perfectly capable bmw owners get to park steps from the walkway to their apartment. Probably get a highly discounted rate too. Why wouldn’t they just park inside their building if they’re so concerned about having close and guaranteed parking spots? 🤔 Because they’re given preference and I’m sure a discounted rate. Don’t believe me? Go look outside of the parking office any day of the week and you’ll see the same two cars (not workers cars) parked in the “15 minute loading zone” but don’t dare park there to actually load and unload or the workers will chase you out and the bmws will each park in the middle of two spaces as a way to mark their territory. I believe every other person saying they were charged double or not what they believed. Avoid this place.

Paid $52 to park here for 4 hours. I prepaid for a parking pass that was $12, which was invalid. I paid $32 at the paying station, and was asked for an additional $9 as I exited. Ridiculous, do not waste your money here.
