- MPMatt POct 31, 20251.0The other 1 star recent reviews are right. This parking lot has been sold to the price jacking corporation, Metropolis. I parked here numerous times on the weekend for $15 in the past when S&P was running the show, but for one night I was charged $30. What's exactly changed for the price increase? Enhanced security? What services are customers getting for paying more than triple the price? Park somewhere else.
- BCBrian CSep 6, 20251.0This lot has increased prices as others have stated over the past year. I can say about 2 years ago it was $5. After the Metropolis took over they increased it to $6 including a fee. As of today 2025, the cost has risen to $9 including fees, that's a 80% increase. The only good thing about this lot is on weekends it's empty and a short walk to the seaport.
- ETE TJul 13, 20251.0Their site seems to be broken. It instructed me to scan the barcode, which I did. I already had my vehicle and payment information in my account. I scanned the barcode twice and it said it was "all set" because I had my vehicle and payment information added already. When I came back, they posted a warning to my car. I guess they didn't tow it at least but I did exactly what it instructed.
- JCJon ChenJul 5, 20251.0Price per day on weekend has doubled from 5 dollars to 10 dollars in a year. I will only be visiting seaport on Sunday and street parking from now on. Metropolis has ruined this lot with their corporate greed. For just a couple more dollars there are much better options around seaport boulevard. 10 dollars is too much for an uncovered lot that is a 15 minute walk away from seaport.
