Very very tight spots, also several levels seemed to be held up by these….. I felt a bit sketched. But I needed to get RAMEN BAD. So if you’re desperate it works.

The most infuriating and claustrophobia inducing garage experience ever. Spots are too tight for any normal car and once you're in, good luck getting back out. Please don't park here.

This is so bad I have to complain about it on the internet. I saw this garage on SpotHero for a fair price and decided to book a spot for a show I was seeing at the Wilbur. This is the parking garage version of the Winchester Mystery House. A quick highlight of the horrors: the spots? Don’t bother coming here if you own an SUV. The entire garage? Under construction. A good number of spots were taken up by equipment. Labeled exits turned into dead ends with no warning signs. The garage is so small that if someone makes a mistake, and there are other people behind you, or in front of you, you have to work as a team of strangers to get everyone out. We worked with 11, yes 11, other cars to escape this place. We spent 40 minutes trying to get in, and then out of that garage. The worst part? There weren’t any available spots, or signs saying that the garage was full. Did we make friends along the way? Yes. Was it worth it? No, we all missed the show.

I am BEGGING you not to waste your money here. Whatever this building used to be it is so small and narrow it is not meant for parking. Reserved a spot on spothero and after 30 minutes of driving in circles only found a spot because luckily someone left and no one was behind or in front of us. They just let anyone in because my boyfriend didn’t have to scan and the gate just opened. Truly the worst managed building I’ve ever been in I hate whoever designed this

I wish I'd read these reviews before booking on SpotHero. Spaces are SO tight. Don't expect to park anything larger than a crossover, and even then, you can't get out of your car without rubbing up against your car and your neighbor's. Also some ramps were closed due to construction, causing the steep, tight, single-lane exits to become 2-way lanes; I was almost hit head on by someone driving the "wrong way" down the ramp at me. Only redeeming qualities is that it's relatively inexpensive for parking in the theater district, and it's easily accessible to the highway. I wouldn't use it again though.
