Place so compact it is difficult to drive and park here. Terrible spot.

This garage is a total disappointment. The sign clearly said “Daily Rate – $6 within 30 minutes,” so I parked and returned in about 25 minutes. When I went to pay, it showed $18 instead. I talked to someone from the help button, and found out that there is a small second half at the bottom saying weekend rates are different — $18 for up to 1.5 hours.
If Saturday and Sunday are excluded, it should clearly say “Weekday Rate,” not “Daily.” That’s misleading and feels intentionally deceptive.
When I called, one staff member was polite and willing to adjust, but a man who claimed to be the supervisor came out, cut me off, refused to listen, and spoke rudely. He assumed I was trying not to pay, which was completely untrue — I was ready to pay the correct amount, not be overcharged.
Worst of all, his attitude and the back-and-forth wasted my time so much that it pushed me past the 30-minute mark, locking me into the higher charge. The whole experience felt like a setup — misleading signs, rude treatment, and zero accountability.
Stay away from this garage. There are plenty of honest and respectful parking options in Chinatown — this is not one of them.

Sign says $38 dollars for 24 hours and I was charged $50. I did NOT come and go out of the garage.

Absolutely no space, and it doesn’t help that big cars kept parking in “compact car only” spaces making it more difficult to navigate!
