Do not go there for repairs. Brought in my rv not having highlights They had it for a week. They finally worked on. We had to keep calling them to find out what was going on. They said they worked on it for 3 1/2 hours and couldn’t repair it they charged me $390 dollars for nothing being done. Didn’t really do too much work on looking. For that many hours told us we need to bring it to the Ford place This was a waste. I knew we shouldn’t have brought it. Have been told before that they’re not good in repairs. Think twice before you bring it to them there’s a place in Foxboro that does a better job should have brought it to them

Do NOT do business with this location. They are horrible. Walked in to see what they had and it started with the guy on the fork lift yelling at me to move my car as he wanted this spot open. Then went in and a dog was walking around barking at us in the showroom unleashed, we were told it belonged to some employee, later found out it is the GM named Denny. I asked why a dog is allowed to walk around the showroom unleashed and he came over stating if we didn’t like it we can take our business elsewhere. What a horrible way to do business. So we did leave, along with our business and will make sure all of our camping groups business as well.

Total waste of my time trying to sell my camper to Camping World Berkeley. They are the sleezy used car dealers of campers. Lied to me saying they'd be able to inspect my camper if I brought it in, then tried to get me to leave it, but taking off my plate and hitch gear (assuming to make it difficult for me to take it back after a low offer), and then told me the initial price they told me over the phone to get me in was not the buy out price after all. Just a lot of used car dealers games and lies.

Stay far away from this dealer. My husband and I bought a 2025 destination trailer and were obviously very excited. The sales team and our salesman JP seemed great; friendly, attentive and all the typical salespeople stuff. When we put down our deposit, we were told we could have it delivered and that our windows would all be covered, especially the front facing ones because they could potentially be damaged in delivery. When we went back a couple of days later to finish signing paperwork and put down the rest of our down payment, we asked to see our unit once more because our kids were with us this time and we wanted them to see it. It took about 10 minutes for them to take us to it because it was supposed to be out back but it may have still been out front having people tour it. Frustrating but it was out back and we checked it over. We were again informed that it would be cleaned inside and outside and the windows would be covered for transport. The day of transport came and we were not happy. Our windows were not covered, our sliding glass door had not been locked so it was wide open during transport and the driver drove over the neighbors yard and did some damage to their lawn. So, I called our salesman and he was unavailable so he suggested we call and speak with the sales manager, Manny. I took pictures of everything and I gave Manny a call. From the first call until I finally gave up about 2 weeks later, I was dismissed, I was spoken to condescendingly and by the end was essentially told that he didn't believe me and that I was lying. That's how you treat a customer who just purchased a 6 figure unit from you? Ok, fine. I could have let it go and did. However, our unit was having issues with water leaking underneath the unit and because it's under warranty, I reached out to Camping World again. I explained our situation and was told we'd get a call back. When they called us back we were informed that they don't do mobile mechanics (our unit is a destination trailer and requires a CDL to move) and we would have to pay to have it brought in to them because they would not but if we wanted to do that, then they could help us. So, I called the company who manufactured our until and they took care of everything. There's a act,the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, that states under warranty the customer is not responsible for any costs. Camping World doesn't care. They just want your money for their commission, after that, customer service is gone. Please, go elsewhere!

Bought a new Jayco Redhawks on 10/18. We were happy with the price and the trade in price and Jason (JP) was so helpful. He informed us there was a water leak from around the window of the over cab and it would be sent to a local glass repair shop. We also found a leak around the bedroom window which he said would be repaired also. Waited also a week to find out from JP( Dale in service never returned my 4 messages) he would look into it. Dale returned my call and explained the bedroom window was wapped He knew nothing about the front window repair which was found by them and initiated the service of the glass company. It is now a week later and nothing has been resolved. Time to visit the general manager and see if he can resolve this. We want to go camping once before covering it for the winter and to see if everything works .our next step is a lawyer.
