    This is the world’s worst company in the world. PLEASE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET SCREWED AS MUCH AS YOU CAN, then screwed again, buy from them. Problems problem problems

    My whole camping world experience has been pretty bad. 2 different locations, different states.. The technicians in the service department at the Berkley location are obviously not trained, or at-least the one who worked on my camper, who according to the service writer is one of their best techs. I won’t get into all the issues in this review because simply put, it would be a book. AUG 2026 camper goes in for warranty work. My dinette backrest cover had to be replaced because the techs at the factory used too long of screws and they were poking through the fabric. It was also missing screws attaching it to the camper wall. Berkley service department replaced the backrest cover with what looks to be a strip of plywood with vinyl stapled to it, ruining my veneer. (Pictures attached), I can’t believe it was even installed! A two year old could do better! It does not sit properly, it’s too thick,and now has screws poking through ruining the wood backing. The handles on the shower valve were backwards from the factory. My niece was the first to use the camper shower and literally burned herself. While in for the warranty work I mentioned the handles. OCT 2025 picked up camper (to bring it right back) After picking up my camper we stopped at the star drive in to have a bite to eat and read over the paperwork. The best tech they had changed the plumbing lines in wall behind the shower handle fixture. He noted on the paperwork that he “assumed” the plumping lines were backwards and took it all apart changed the lines and then changed the handles. Needless to say we immediately brought it back. The technician who changed the plumping wasn’t in so I had to leave the camper again. Meanwhile the main reason I even brought it in for warranty work was for the window which looks like they over tightened it at the factory and the frame is all sucked in and bent. According to their paperwork they replaced the ring. It looks like the exact same sucked in window but now has a fresh new cut in the screen.. NOV 2025 picked up the camper The tech fixed the shower plumping… and fixed the shower handles. He fixed the shower handles soooo good that he tightened the cold handle too much! So much it cracked in half when I touched it! The middle screw cap cover was put back with broken tabs! Unbelievable! Go to winterize the camper and fix this. What’s next?! I picked up my camper when it was cold and wearing shoes because the interior floor and front storage were covered in staples and pieces of brad nails… Oh yeah and they butchered my light switches!! But atleast they fixed my led light strip… My camper was in much better shape before the Berkley service department got their hands on it. If i could go back in time I would have never bought a camper from camping world. I should have known how bad they were when initially picking up my freshly purchased camper trailer they prepped the wrong one. Costing me hours for some crap detail job. Place is a joke!! I left a voicemail for Brian the service department manager. Never got a call back. I’ve Tried getting a hold of Tatiana in consignment, another dead end. Every part of camping world sucks and if someone doesn’t get me my original dinette seat cover I’m going to contact the BBB. JAN 2026 I have been working with Helen in the service and she got me a set of new shower handles and another dinette cover. Which I received late December. I’m just going to install it and it doesn’t even fit!

    Had the most amazing experience in store today spoke to Monica on the phone then went into store had Miranda and went back again a second tine for something else to have both of them take care of me. I received the best service I have at any store recently and received a gift from Monica that made my holiday season!! I will return again and again for all my camper purchases. Thanks again so much to both of you.

    STAY AWAY. If you absolutely have to buy from here for some reason, DO NOT sign or pay for anything until the camper is fully ready. Once they have your money you're SOL. Iv called multiple times, over multiple weeks, with multiple people and cannot get the help I need. Even the items YOU discover to be broken, and put in paperwork to fix, they will fight tooth and nail for every little thing. When you bring up the fact that, it is indeed listed in your paperwork to fix, suddenly they lost the paperwork! So nothing shows on their end. Very convenient. All of this to not even mention the financing. They will try to strong arm you into signing up for warrentys and then when you don't, suddenly everything is a huge rush. No time to discuss, no time for questions, not even time to count the money they want you to pay them! So to recap-youll spend 6 hours standing around after being rushed through signing all the paperwork, your camper will arrive way off schedule, it will still have the problems they agreed to fix, they will never call you back and toss you around from person to person then finally, as a last defense, they will lose your paperwork. Save yourself the hassle and just shop elsewhere.
