Wanted rims a different color (super chrome) and discussed at length in person with Lucas (tech) what I wanted and was shown the finish. Lucas did say that the rim he was showing me needed to be “clear coated” still but would only increase glossiness which made me happier. When I picked up the car, 5 days later, the rims were disappointing. NOT what I was shown by Lucas. Told Luis, the owner, upon pickup that the rims were “dull” looking and not glossy/shiny as expected. Luis said that was due to the “clear coating” as it “dulls” the look. I was not told that by Lucas when we picked out the color. Actually, it was the total opposite. I tried to discuss my disappointment with Luis but he said it was my fault “ Because that’s the color I picked out”. I even asked Luis if I could have them redone a different color, and he was supposed to get back to me with a price. I’m now waiting three days, after my conversation with Luis, and have yet to hear back from him. Guess they don’t care if you’re satisfied or not with the outcome! Paid $840 for rims that look no different than when I brought them in. The original rim was silver like in color now they’re just a very dull silver. NO shine chrome look whatsoever. DON’T waste your hard earned money on this place. Not even a call back as promised by the owner. Easier to hide than to make customers happy.
