    Marc Ganek of Bill DeLuca Cadillac helped me buy a mint 2020 GMC Terrain. The whole transaction couldn't have gone smoother. On the day of the purchase I drove away with an inspection sticker and a full tank of gas.

    Had my 2025 CT4 V Blackwing for a simple State Inspection here and they left some deep scratches on my dashboard soft plastic trim when they tried to scrape off the old sticker. Now the entire trim has to be replaced. After showing me how the metal scraper they used could have damaged it, the Service Manager told me, “we don’t think we did that, but we offer to fix it for you since we touched your car.” He also kept saying “it’s so tiny. It’s nothing. I wouldn’t worry about it”, acting like he owns the car. They told me the part is out of stock and could take months to get it. I completely lost faith in their quality of work and asked them to cut me a check for the replacement new part and labor so that I can take it somewhere else in the future. They refused and they are still trying to negotiate for the payment of the damages. I also left two voicemails and three emails to their Service Director. Never heard back. I would not recommend their service department. They do not take care of your car and do not take responsibility after something happened.

    I have purchased my 4th vehicle from Woodworth motors and have been impressed each time. Alan Katz is primarily the reason. He goes above and beyond. A true gentleman. Because of him and Scott in the service department, I wouldn't go anywhere else.
