    Avoid them if you can help it. After "reserving" a truck several days in advance then checking it was still reserved the day before, you'd think they'd have the truck or even A TRUCK available. Once we were there, no one had any record of a reservation, all the trucks sitting on the lot with "READY TO GO" signs in the windows were broken down. We asked when they'd think a truck would be available--hopefully by the end of the day. Seriously?! The end of a lease usually means you have to move out as in move you and your things out, but Penske didn't seem to understand that the apartment complex wouldn't give us 3-4 days for Penske to repair one of their "READY TO GO" trucks to do that. Seems I'm the last to hear the joke that is this Penske location seeing as everyone we mentioned the name to either laughed or cringed when we said that's where we ended up. If I ever have to rent again, I'm driving out of town before considering this Penske ever again.

    June 28, 2025 I arrived at the new location. Horrible customer service from the office to the mechanic shop. Trying to return a rental vehicle. They talk to you with an aggressive attitude when you don’t park in the parking lot for rentals. The problem is that they don’t have signs stating where to park. The lady at the front desk is so rude and passive aggressive.

    Every company needs a guy like Joe. We pulled in with AC problems. He did everything he could to help us and 2 rental trucks later we were able to go deliver our load in Texas. Joe went above and beyond to help. Much Love Frankie & Amy from South Carolina
