  Weekends have a fixed price so you can't pay by the hour. This wasn't made clear by the sign before we parked.

  Need to take a phone out on an unsafe street to unlock a door to get into the garage yet you'll quite often find homeless people sleeping throughout the garage or a family living in their car for months on end dumping urine cups down the aisles. Top notch. Also, the elevators are a danger hazard and all metropolis does about it is hang a sign saying overloading is the #1 cause of elevator breakdowns. It certainly can't be the grinding of metal on metal whenever the elevator is in operation. Surely, it is your paying customers who are to blame for your scrappy elevator. If I could give this garage 0 stars, I would.

  Ramp security was OK but there needs to be a way to contact the company, especially if one forgets their entrance ticket inside or looses it. None of the external call buttons worked. Phone numbers were not answered. We needed to breech the security in order to gain access to our vehicle. Also, the instructions for pre-paid parking booked online do not match how the ramp works: There was no way to scan the parking pass either for entry or exit. The elevators still do not work.

  I have monthly parking. Elevator always broken. Unsafe for woman. To use stairs you must walk over to a hotel across street (never know if it’ll work running chance of lateness. ) wait for valet to come unlock the staircase to walk up 4-5 flights to public parking. Will be opting out this month. Update: today I got stuck in elevator. It would not open. Would not go up to floors & made loud sounds. Thankfully after a while I got it to open but PLEASE fix the elevators. I was scared for my life in there. No one to go to for support or stair case & no one answers phone. Tonight was the third night I had to wait for assistance to be let in giving all of my info for 10 minutes when I have monthly parking. This is unsafe & such a inconvenience. I pay to come right in. Not to call & tell the assistance on the mic who can’t speak loud nor head 1000 times I pay monthly. Ridiculous.
