  Well I call them for an appointment to have my oil change and filter and my fuel filter change and my tires rotated they gave me a exterminate cost of 269.00 dollars I just bought this truck from them in aug 15 mind you. I also wanted them to check my back up sensors they never work at all. Well when I went and pick up my truck 4 hours later they inform me they did not fix the sensors. Then they handed me my bill for the oil change and fuel filter change and tire rotation 900.00 $.

  Terrible service. They lied about having the parts for a warranty repair and delayed that repair for months. When trying to communicate with service team, I was given a bogus text #.that went nowhere. When I called I was disconnected, put on hold for extended periods and could not get a call back from anyone. They said I’d have a rental car waiting for me Friday morning since repair was delayed. That car was not reserved for me. I missed out on business that day. . It cost me dearly. Such a bad experience, I’m selling my dodge. I will never buy another. Do not trust premier!

  Here's a review based on your experience: "Horrible experience with Chrysler! They've had my car for a month and it's still not fixed. I took it in for a "key fob not detected" issue and left with a laundry list of new problems. Despite multiple calls and no updates, I finally spoke with a manager who explained the issues and promised a breakdown and price. I was told I needed a new key fob, computer system update, and engine work, which I financed through BDS. Today, I picked up my car, only to discover the radio and A/C aren't working. Vicki, the representative, was apologetic but clearly cless. I was told they'd look into it, but now I'm stranded at Sam's gas station with a car that won't start, lock, or unlock. Chrysler's lack of communication, incompetence, and customer service is astounding. A month is way too long to fix a simple issue, and now I'm left with a car that's still not working. Not impressed. To make matters worse, Vicki refused to provide a rental or loan me a car, citing Enterprise was closed and no manager was available, the only thing she offered was that my car be towed back to the dealership. I'm still waiting for a resolution. When I came to type my review and I seen all these bad reviews and nothing changed since the other people documented their complaints all I could was shake my head. Unfortunately, I couldn’t go in depth regarding my experience because they only let you type so many words. 1/5 stars, would not recommend. Chrysler, fix your cars and fix your customer service."

  Considering the fact that James was ill, the end was better than the beginning. My vehicle was held for 2 days with little or no communication. Once contact was restored on the third day, I was pleased with the sincere honesty of my vehicle's condition and plan for moving forward in the future. Further, there were no payments for needless services. Thank you

  Bought my car in for a A/C problem and first they said it was one thing that would be $700+ to fix then they said it was a bad compressor in which I had just replaced brand new., I told the service guy ‘JAMES’ is was brand new when I dropped it of the system just wasn't getting cold he denied that's they did anything break the compressor that is now not engaging! I also caught them falsely marking things as passed on the inspection sheet that never was checked! Seems like they don't know what they are doing be aware when brining your car to this dealership
