  Coy's is the place to go for Diesel repairs. My boss has brought our fleet there for as long as I can remember.

  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! If you are a driver, dispatcher, or maintenance supervisor please note this review. This company is not reliable and will leave you or your driver hanging. I called the at 21:48 on 4/29/25. They said that they will dispatch a tech and the tech would call me. While the tech never expressly called to say that they were on the way it is implied and not that unusual for the tech not to call or not to call until they are leaving to the location. At this point I was of the thought that this issue was going to be handled. At 04:50 I called them back to check the status because my driver was still sitting and had informed me that no one had showed up. Upon calling them back they stated that nobody was ever sent out to the location. I understand that sometimes there may be calls that you can't fulfill and in that situation it is common practice and courtesy to call the customer back and inform them of this this never happen. When I confronted them with this they made excuses and tried to play semantics and word games to justify their not going out or even informing me that they wouldn't be going out which is the major part of this. If you can't handle the call fine but at least inform your customer so they can call someone else. That is the normal course of action and how business is usually conducted. Thank you and if you do call them I hope that you or your driver has better luck than we did. For myself I and my company will never be using this service again as time is paramount in this industry.

  Love this place......some people will bring up the prices but I have no problems because one thing I can say is you get what you pay for.....they are quality!!!!!!!!

  I was in Hammond, La area when my 2005 Ford Excursion 6.0 turbo diesel started dying. I contacted every mobile mechanic I could locate in the area (from Baton Rouge to Slidell and all surrounding areas). I couldn’t find a single person or company that would come help me out. It was me, my husband, five of our kids including my baby. Not only did I have an SUV that now wasn’t running, I also had a camper that had to be moved by 2pm on Saturday AND we were four hours from home. I reached out to Coy’s for help. They were the ONLY place that said they’d come and gave me a price. The. ONLY. BUSINESS! They were professional and courteous. I ended up having to tow it back home to Pineville, but had this happened earlier in the week instead of a Friday after business hours, I’d without a doubt bring it to Coy’s or have them come out if I had more time to deal with the issue. Thank you for your offer to help. I’m so much more grateful than I can express here.
