  My salesman Kruise was THE BEST, he made my car buying experience better than any other sales person Ive ever dealt with. He was polite and fair and understanding . He worked a miracle between me and the finance dept and got me a great deal within my budget. If you shop here , ask for him!! The whole team went above and beyond and I appreciate them all so much !!

  I wish I could give a higher rating than just a five!!! Tristan made the process of buying a new car so seamless and easy!!!! I have NEVER been to a car dealership where I was in and out with my new car in just a few hours!!!! Thank you again, Tristan!!!

  Heads up that if you’re coming here for VW service you have to go across the street to the Mazda location for that. I wish there was some signage or communication or something at the VW location to indicate that. The people (at the Mazda location - because there’s weren’t any people at the VW location- even well after “posted opening time”) were all very nice and helpful though. Overall it was fine I just wish there was better communication to indicate where things were supposed to take place.

  I went in and worked with Noah Miller and finance team (Shoutout Casey and Corey) and of course David Durr and they got me into a Brand new car quick and easy, I was so nervous when I fist walked but they made me feel safe. I loved my experience . Thank you so much for helping me get into my vehicle.

  Extremely disappointing experience. Since the summer of 2024, I’ve had repeated problems with this dealership’s service department — including incomplete repairs, new scratches on my vehicle, and very unprofessional treatment. My first visit was after my driver-side window broke. They returned my car without vacuuming the broken glass inside the door, left visible scratches, and damaged the speaker. I had to go back, and even after admitting fault, they returned the vehicle again with new damage and poor-quality repairs. On November 6, 2025, after another service visit, an employee named Kevin falsely accused me of damaging the rental car they had given me. Another employee named Taller became aggressive and threatened to call the police. When the police arrived, they sided with the staff, told me to leave, and declared that I was “banned for life” from the dealership — without any valid reason. During the argument, Taller told me: “If you’ve had so many problems with our service, why do you keep coming here? Go somewhere else — go to Longview.” That comment was completely unprofessional and disrespectful, especially toward a loyal customer who only wanted her vehicle fixed properly. Later that day, I called to speak with Ms. Andy to calmly explain what happened. While I was on the phone with her, Kevin apparently took the phone from her, said to me: “You don’t understand — you’re banned for life, goodbye,” and then hung up on me. I was shocked, because I wasn’t even talking to him. I was humiliated, disrespected, and left unable to bring my vehicle to the official Volkswagen service center, which affects my warranty. I also fear they may try to make a false insurance claim against me. Volkswagen of America should review this dealership immediately. I do not recommend this place to anyone seeking professional or fair treatment.
