- ODOswego DrewsNov 7, 20252.0Walker (all of its brands, not just Toyota) doesn't understand some basics about customer service/convenience. Example: You call their number and hear a message. That message says to press 1 to be connected. You do that and it transfers you to a receptionist. You ask the receptionist for the service department and she transfers you to a scheduler in the service department. Not once will anyone in service ever actually answer that call, but instead you get that person's voicemail. That person may (or may not) call you back in the next 4 hours. This is a crappy way to run a dealership, and shows disregard for customers. Putting customers through the hassle and delay of actually speaking to a service person is a choice Walker has made, and they refuse to change it for the better.

I needed an oil change desperately, and with a two month old, I didn’t want to have to wait too long. Torre got me in and out within an hour. The quickest I’ve ever waited in a dealership! She was so friendly and sweet. Even helped carried my baby items to the car once completed. Excellent experience & customer service!!
