There was no hassles, it was quick and easy from the start. Victoria, our sales representative, and Chad, the sales manager were fabulous. After buying multiple Toyotas over many years, this was the only dealer that did 100% what they promised, along with following up 2 weeks later to be sure we were happy. If I ever need another toyota, I will drive from Florida to Louisianna to use this dealership! Thank you!!!!

My experience with this location began due to the age of my current car(Toyota), which has served me flawlessly for the past 15 years, and I was getting tired of driving it. So the hunt was on. After not being impressed and having time wasted with the dealership closest to me, I began calling/emailing dealerships everywhere, to include out of state to try to find the car I was looking for. A few responded, but there was no follow up from them, or they just eventually quit communicating altogether. Then one day I received a text from Austin S. and his team at Walker Toyota. He was super accommodating(10/10) and answered every question I had, and then some. Believe it or not, they will take care of you very well at this location, no doubt. Austin kept me posted on my vehicle, and then some throughout the entire buying process and was very courteous and very, very professional. It was straightforward communication with no bs, and they took me seriously and sold me a car at a reasonable, fair price, while other dealerships stopped communicating altogether when attempting to negotiate numbers. I can't express how awesome the car buying experience was, it was completely different from my last experience. They have earned my business and I'll only be buying cars from them from now on. If your in the market, GO THERE! Ask for Austin S.
