  Even though I came a little past their cut off time to have my vehicle serviced , they helped me out, great snacks and coffee, special thanks to Mrs Nora Taylor, I could not be more satisfied with their service. I would recommend this Kia dealership any day!

  We came on to get my daughter a telluride the price on the window was clearly 40,120. We were told it also had a rebate that would also apply because we told them nothing 40,000 and up she needed to stay at that. When presented with the negotiating papers it stated price was 41,120. There was a rebate at the end of the list taken off. How can you markup up price of vehicle to make it look good later. I know her car values at 30,000 + so when I asked if there was anything that can be done they changed the price to original price like we were given a deal. I will not do business here again and should have spoken to general manager when I saw him there. We were charged for an inspection sticker but one was not on the car when we got it home. Do better and treat customers honestly.

  I purchased a 2018 Jeep Wrangler from this dealership on October 23, 2025, and it has been nothing but problems from the very beginning. I can confidently say I was sold a complete lemon. My salesperson was Kayla Wiley. On the day I bought the vehicle, I contacted her to report a burning smell and visible smoke. She told me to bring the Jeep in, which I did. I was informed that everything had been checked and that the only issue was oil spilled while checking the dipstick. I was told it had been cleaned and that the vehicle was fine. Just three days later, I returned because the Jeep was smoking again and the temperature gauge was fluctuating. I was told this was normal for a Jeep. After further inspection, they then stated the valve cover gaskets were leaking and agreed to replace them at no charge. Three days after that repair, the Jeep began overheating. At that point, I told them I no longer wanted the vehicle since I had been experiencing ongoing issues and it had not even been a month since purchase. I was told there was nothing they could do because the deal was already finalized, but they promised to inspect and repair the vehicle. They kept my Jeep for a week and claimed nothing was wrong. After having it back for only three days, I returned with video proof of the issue. They then kept my vehicle for an entire month and finally informed me that the head gasket had blown. Despite previously stating they would cover the repairs, they charged the repairs to my warranty instead. I have had the Jeep back for only one week, and now the alternator has failed. This entire experience has been a nightmare. What was supposed to be my dream purchase has turned into a disaster. There has been no accountability, no remorse, and no effort to replace the defective vehicle they sold me. I will never purchase another vehicle from this dealership, and I would never trust Kayla Wiley to sell me anything again…

  Didn’t spend enough time there to really have an opinion. Just a few things I noticed were different than the Nissan dealership on 28. I recently totaled my 2025 Altima. Oil and filter change there was $75 with free tire rotation. At Kia, the oil change is $95, plus an additional $20 if you want your tires rotated. To me, there really isn’t that huge of a difference between both vehicles, yet one cost $40 more to service than the other. If I have it serviced 5x a year, I just spent an extra $200 for a car similar in style, and similar in price. In short, if someone ask me which one is better, I’d say both are about the same, but if you are on a budget, get the Altima.
